    Kakarot, I bought these hands for the same reason you did (proper GM Sniper II hand articulation!) however mine had a defect- one of the finger "segments" was improperly molded. Thankfully the site I ordered mine from (GundamPlanet) sent me a second set to replace it.
    These are great hands, but I'm just trying to spread the word to look carefully at the runners in case of circumstances like mine.

    Anyone know if this works for the Full Mechanics kits? Recently got a Bael, and I'm gonna put him in his Meijin pose, and the regular hands won't cut it.

    Bandai should have the PG Exia approach for all of their kits when it comes to the hand options. It comes with both poseable pair of hands and the pre-posed fixed hands. Maybe an official universal add-on sets of them, mainly the poseable ones (what do I mean by universal is that you can use it for all MGs, maybe even cross-compatible with HGs or make the HG/RG version).

    • @kakarot197

      I got this set from HLJ, so I guess most online retailers will have these.

    try the dragon momoko ones next, they have a movable wrist joint. the one thing the HB hand doesn't have

    • @kakarot197
      @kakarot197  7 років тому +3

      The wrist can go fully up and down. But I'll see what I can do about reviewing the dragon momoko hands and possibly doing a comparison.

    • @ulrich610tevd
      @ulrich610tevd 7 років тому +1

      Kakarot197 I'm talking gyan hand articulation. so including up and down, you get forward movement

    • @areasevenpro
      @areasevenpro 7 років тому +1

      I have the Dragon Momoko set, but it's geared more towards newer MG kits. I tried to use them on the MG Gundam GP01, but it turns out that the DM hands are significantly smaller and the ball joints are larger than the original hands.

      Dude they are HUGE!!!!!! If you like RX-78 2.0 horriblé anime out of scale hands then get dragon hands aka direct rip off of bandai 3.0 hands.
      Even these 1/100are out of scale except larger kits but 1/144 look great on most MG.

    • @ulrich610tevd
      @ulrich610tevd 7 років тому +1

      depends on what you use them for, they fit best on mid-late (Z-ZZ) to late(0096) UC models, they also fit well on a few 0079 1.0 designs such as the G04/5. I prefer them for their design over the scaling. the fact that they also have optional peg holes is also a life saver for the heavy weapons I build. this is however based fully on opinion. they have their problems, but so do the hobby base ones.

    I really wish EX GKP hands were still made. They are B-Club hands castes in plastic and if you know B-club hands you know they are amazing even though not articulating.

    You forgot to look at the 144 wrist joints. That is to say, the H-type and the R-type. Totally not standing for High Grade and Real Grade, which they just happen to fit perfectly, respectively. XD
    Edit: For reference, before y'all bite my head off, it says on the packaging the stuff for both.

      Based on the pics I've seen, those hands are closer to 1/144 scale hands: www.gunjap.net/site/wp-content/uploads/2015/12/1920x1280xIMG_7104.jpg
      You can also buy this Mechanical Hand set in 1/144 so that could work.
      Mind you, I don't have the Victorys in MG or the Mechanical Hands in 1/144, so I'm just speculating.

    Great stuff thanks! I use the 1/144 scale for the MG wing kits and f91/cross bone. They are perfect scale for the smaller MG.
    by the way u have the prettiest hands and cleanest nails out of all the gunpla you tubers. I'm weird about hygiene and can't stand everyone dirty ass nails when they know there damn hands will taking up half the screen.
    No I'm not gay just appreciate cleanliness.

      Interesting, I was thinking about grabbing a 1/144 scale set for my 1/144 scales some day. If they also work with 1/100 scales, I'm gonna have to buy them sooner lol.

    These hands are great... for 1/100 scale kits. My 1/144 scale set of this can't even hold a beamsaber hilt up. So, yeah, if you want these for a High Grade, either forget it or try your luck to try and get a set that isn't flimsier than wet spaghetti.

    • @Corvoreviews
      @Corvoreviews 7 років тому

      well what I see diferent from sazabi to others are the peg wich conects the hand to the body (seens to be smaller) and the weapons wich it carries are large type weapons, that's why I'm curious about it.

    • @Tripledashhh_
      @Tripledashhh_ 6 років тому

      Corvonix plays the sazabi hands are exactly the same as the nightngale hands. also with the gundam 3.0 and hi nu / nu gundam ver ka theyre just less rounded at the tips because theyre efsf mobile suits as to the sazabi are zeonic mobile suits.

    Movable hands are a stupid meme. I Prefer good fixed hands. Nice sculpts always beat out pointless finger articulation.

    • @Clangokkuner
      @Clangokkuner 6 років тому

      Attack on Titan is actual feces well even though I disagreed with you on the part of "lazy modellers" regarding hollow parts, I do absolutely agree with better sculpted fixed hands, which are basically guaranteed to hold the guns far better than super-posable hands, my first experience with 2.0 hands are already pure agony, I wish Bandai would just stop bothering with stupid posable hands in future MG kits.
