Hi. I've been checking out your courses and watching your videos...but I can't decide which course I should start with. I have something which gives me glute and leg/foot pain and seems like sciatica pain but suddenly changes sides, or disappears for a day. As my physio is at a loss, I thought I'd try this. I have a fair bit of pain most days and had a sudden loss in flexibility. I did yoga in the past and hated it because it doesn't sit well with me to be static so long unless I am actually meditating. I want something which flows more. What would you recommend? 🙏

Yes, this is one of the best 18 form videos I've seen. Wish I didn't get my lefts and rights muddled though. Half speed helpful though doesn't do justice to the music.
