Haha, yeah I had this song on repeat around town with the windows down today and hella loud and its true. Its get you worked up. Such a great song. I was going 80 in a 55 and apparently the cop coming the other direction didn't have his radar on. Oops breaklights galore and watching the rearview mirror saying to myself that was close. Lmfao.

This is so refreshing. It sounds so much like their old stuff but still new, and i love that they're just going with what comes along and I love that the screaming is coming back- just, wow
Damn this entire album is everything.
Going through my teenage years listening to them and every album they had, I loved. However, this one hits differently. This album may very well be their best since In Love and Death. It's sticks to their core root while maintaining the "maturity" level they have grown in their music. A perfect balance of lyrics and melodies, the background and etc.
Just when you think OK this is it, The Used have officially made the best record in musical history, it can't possibly can't any better than this, they make a new record and completely out-do themselves. I don't know how they do it! They are simply amazing.
33 yrs old here...was introduced to The Used in 9th grade...im ecstatic yall are STILL making music. And its still awesome music. Love the evolution as well with the lyrics and storytelling 💚🧡 one of my favorite groups of all time

I'm surprised no one spotted a little rhythm that sounds exactly like the ending bit of Kiss It Goodbye from the their album Vunerable around the lyrics "Hear the silence. Can't hear the silence. I can hear the silence." Literally similar to "It's getting, it's getting, it's getting kind of hectic" from Kiss It Goodbye.
This whole album is full nice call backs. And I love every single second of it of spotting similarities from previous songs and albums they've done. Heartwork is literally my favorite album right now. Wonderfully well done! The wait was definitely worth it!

So funny when I read the comments people compare this song and album to In love and Death and/or lies for the liars… yet IMO this song and album are without doubt the best work The Used have done since their debut. This song is glorious evolution. The blip since Artwork is well and truly over as Heartwork and Toxic Positivity are both awesome! Just my opinion. They’re my favourite band since Reading 2003 when they gave me goosebumps playing On My Own. Love the Used and love this song

You should see some of my cuts and scars lol. I love them my artwork. I've cut the words "life is hard" into my left forearm with a bunch of random cuts around it. I love it. Sorry I'm crazy but the greatest are always crazy. Please get ahold of me I've been going through the worst depression for the last year and my brother. We are good guys too, I've always struggled with depression but he just went through some terrible trauma. Hes always been all I had though the one person. I can count on but everything is so difficult always and just piled so high anymore the fight seems pointless and useless. We keep fighting though. Sorry this was so long. AMAZING SONG! btw LOVE

I can't say I've walked in the same shoes as you, but I've for sure hit my own personal rock-bottoms. You can't see the light right now, and the tunnel is filled with roots and weeds that will trip you up; but the light IS there, and you CAN traverse the path. I can't tell you how long it will take, how many times you may stumble, how hard it may be. And I certainly can't tell you how to cope. This is your journey, and you're the only one that can come out the other side better and stronger than before.
I notice around 9 minutes into your "episode 16", you say; "something has to change. something WILL change". You likely don't realise the significance of saying that, but those words coming from your own mouth mean a million times more than someone else telling you, and saying it out loud shows that deep down somewhere, you believe in yourself and that you CAN change this dark path.
I'm afraid I can't do much more than this for you through a screen across the world, but know that there are people here, standing with you in solidarity. Please reach out to someone in your community if you feel that's something you need, there is no shame in it, and someone will definitely be willing.
