First of all, I love that you have a dog. I get the desire to have property out there we were fortunate enough to inheritance it. I've been going out there sense 1961 my grandmother's property in Joshua tree, parents purchase property in Yucca Valley on the monument side of the valley. We now have some thing on the opposite side of the valley. The sun rises are absolutely spectacular. We're pretty much surrounded by short term vacation rentals, and we embrace them. We have one lives directly across the street from us. The town of valley, yucca valley sent us the owner of the property and the caretakers. We have had no reason to call the police the people that have been there have been quite pleasant and quiet the property across the view of us towards the valley, unfortunately, built directly in our view but we've taken it in stride. Property values up there have been insane. My father purchased the property that we have for around $8000 and put a $52,000 structure on it. Now I estimated value around $400,000+. But that only makes any difference if you're willing to sell it which we are not. We welcome everybody, and happy that others can enjoy the beautiful high desert.
By the way I forgot to ask in the last video where you guys quit coffee ☕️….. How in the world does one quit coffee ??!! 😂 The search and the anticipation will kill you 😂
You have to be picky when buying real estate and not find reasons to make it work because at the end you can't eat bricks. I did this and it helped me choose the perfect home for my family. I can see ppl overpaying right now will be regretting it in the near future.
“I’ve been having dreams about this house “ ……love it.
For real though! I saw it before it came on the market 🤍🙏🏼

We love pioneer town!
La copine is so good 😊
I can totally relate. Looking back, how do you feel about the experience? Is it worth the stress?
Definitely

Lol I just seen that first house on the market, seems it's really over priced given it hasn't sold.

totally agree. It was hard not to feel rushed and to just get a house. It took us a lot of looking before we found the one!
