20 i had my first honda it was a 1987 honda accord...but at that time i didnt apreciate it like now....i been 4 years already in honda game trying to build a eg hatch with a kseries franskentein but i got laid off work and had to get 1997 del sol b16a2 to not lost all the money i was investing in the eg hatch...i didnt know much about b series so i started look info and get books both(k series and b series) and i just felt more in love with after apreciate the Vtec brother is something unique....so.....anyways .....4 years ago i started to watch Boosted boiz and brent of pfispeed and thanks to them i love hondas and my del sol too even that i haven't been able to build it as i wanted ...but someday bro....here on my channel i started a year ago are some videos for those that still love b16's ...much love brother and thanks for being part of this community...#HondaVlogs

i got into the honda game when fast and the furious came out, my brother showed me how to drive a manual stick shift in his 89 CRX. first time we went to pep boys and i was like 12 and we bought our first "mod" muffler lol he decked everything out in ACP and his friend had a 89 CRX as well, and watching them cruise around together from the passenger seat i knew this was going to be me lol months later, dad took us to a few import shows and i was hooked. had a model sign a bazooka poster that hung on my wall for over 5 years. later at age 31 now and im still in the game with a del sol. the love for the del sol came about when a neighbor in the early 2000s would cruise by and just the deep hum from the muffler and the 2 seat sleek gun metal gray paint job just took my heart i knew i had to have this some day.
my first car was a vw beetle at 18 lol i riced it pretty hard :(
I was working in a car audio shop and this awesome white 3rd gen prelude came in (the USC bodykit demo car) it was truly stunning... 12 months later I bought it...
I was a chevy guy....bought a del sol for a flip and I still have it and 2 other honda's...
What got me into Cars/Honda's was The Fast and The Furious. I never was really into cars before I saw that movie. I mean liked playing Racing games and stuff like that but never looked into cars much. after seeing the movie it opened up the door into the tuner scene. I was in love with it. My first car was a Red 95 Civic ex coupe just like the one I have now. I was in love with it then over time I went through a bunch of different cars. Years later I knew I wanted to get a 90s Honda because they were easy to work on and great cars. (Owning two euro cars before that $$) Once I started looking into Integras I knew the Honda bug bite me and good this time. Ever since I got a Honda again and learned more about the community and how you can have a nice clean Honda. That is all I been wanting for this project. I love the Honda community. I think that answered the question lol rambled on a little. Thanks for what you do here for us every Monday night 🤟
My older brother and my mom had first gen integras. I was 15 years old and stuck every single part out of the Jackson Racing catalog on these cars, suspension, header, cams, oil cooler, everything. From 16-19 I had a half dozen 1st gen celiacs, then another 6 Datsun Z cars, I worked my way up to a pair of rx7 turbo II’s. The amount of money I was spending on gas was horrible. So I bought my moms first gen Integra, decently peppy and great on gas. Then came the internet and the hybrid forum, I had the first sohc VTEC Crx in my town and then the first b20 eg then b20vtec eg. So over 30 years wrenching on these, I’ve said so many times no more Honda’s. But I always get sucked back in. Too much practical fun!
I started in the Honda world through my Cousin, who bought a 98 accord. He started modifying this car and I was surprised by its performance. Of course, over time, we have changed to other brands, but we return to this brand. Currently, my Cousin and my Brother have crvs and I have a 2017 civic si sedan and love this car.
My Nephew had a crx you know the poor man's sports car and he said to me uncle if you ever drive a crx you will fall in love with hondas so for like a year we would argue a honda for real so I gave in and drove tha damn honda and guess what 25 years later I have a crx Awesome car. love your show 👍✌️
Chevy guy in High School. I had a Chevelle. My GF (wife now) bought a new 94 integra then I got hired at Honda dealership. So one day I bought a CRX with a bad engine from a customer that didn't want to put any more money into. I put a b16 swap into it. Got out of it back in 07 when I sold my RHD that was in Hondatuning, got back into Chevy but got back into it because both my sons are into Hondas. I still have my Chevelle and still enjoy Chevys too.

90 Crx Si B16a swap,
88 Civic hatchback single cam vtec swap,
94 Integra RS JDM type R conversion,
98 Type R 96 stock and I regret selling it to this day.

I drove a relative's CRV on a road trip. That led to me getting a Honda Element. Then I also married a Honda chick! She was rocking a $1200 Odyssey (despite not having kids) when I met her; before and after that she's had Accords. We decided to get a couple of Preludes for fun cars. And one of my coworkers gave me a Civic because he knew I'd appreciate it.
My best friend since high school always had hondas and still has the eg hatch he got our senior year (class of 2011). Hes still got it as his project and I have my 96 hatch as my weekend car/project. Hondas are awesome! SIDE NOTE: i now like your content even more since you mentioned bmx! Please fill us in on your bmx background lol

Japanese cars for started as a passenger a86. Purchase a 89 civic hatch, cousin had a crx. Moved into a 93 si hatch. Loved it. Knew at that stage I was a Honda guy. 2009 fit. 2019 civic hatch. Driving stick and the reliability made me stay. Had a Nissan and Mazda too, but they didn't hold up the same
I drove A 89 HF crx and i was hooked.

The Honda community is the best community!!
What got me into Honda 's was my middle brother bought a 2gen crx. I wasn't a huge fan of the body style so I looked and found it had a brother. The hatchback that's when I knew I had to have the 4th gen civic and it grew from there.

My ej1 is what got me into cars! I was looking for my first car and I knew nothing about cars. I didn’t have any friends or family into cars either. I saw the ej1 for sale and just remember thinking how cute it was 🤣
I was all the way in with the bimmers, my first car was a 1999 BMW E39 540 I with a V8, insane car, lasted me a year, blew up and i cry, then i got a Honda Em2 because the economy was Shie, and the taxs where so high, i thought i could mod that Em2, but barely, i love them D series engines, i have a pal with a Dzc 1.6 sounded like a rotary, now i'm getting a 2011 Honda Fit, it's too tall for me, i like that low line, but it has a ton of aftermarket support, when i was in Thailand teaching english, a students older brother had a honda Jazz and that is a Fit, so it was boosted and drove so good, so i need something like that, but in the future i wanna make a Acura or Honda AWD with a K series, i wonder what be a uppper 2000's AWD honda to work on.
First honda was a 92 accord. Brought it just to learn how to fix it and rebuild a motor.

What got me into Honda's believe it or not PS2 Grand Turismo. Yes a video game 😂. Some friends helped but mainly the game. There was a Honda Accord Torino Euro r coupe that car was amazing in that game and I eventually found the engine for that car and now I'm swapping it into my cb7. But with this covid19 the build has slowed down damn near to a stand still. I just need a few minor things and some time plus to get the timing redone and it'll be on the road again.
My dad bought me a 91 accord sedan and then my buddy got a del sol and I was like .... ughhhhhhhh I need a del sol now haha and thus the story begins 😅 has Honda’s ever since then

Bro i literally talked shit about hondas up until like 4 years ago when I had to go help a buddy transport his ek. He needed someone to drive his ef wagon back and let me tell you this I literally never look back. Sold my chevy s10 and my pontiac g5 and bought a del sol. Now I have 2 del sols and 2 ef civic hatches 🤣 and won't own nothing else! Love me some hondas!!!

i wasn't into hondas at all my brothers had an accord and it was kinda meh to me then when my brother got his 8th gen i was like ohh this is great. when i was looking for my own car i found that hondas were fairly priced and if you can find a guy with 2 boosted gsr's who gave up on his h22a swap in a beat up accord for 1000 bucks you take it and tow it home. I was planning to get a sol and swap the h22a in but my dad was like get the car running and take it for a drive. so the car that i thought was meh and got for a swap turned me into a fan. kinda full circle don't judge a car by a 300k f22a1.
How I got into Honda was when I 10my dad used to have an 88 accord with the pop up head lights and that thing wasent fast but it handled like there was no tomorrow then when I was 14 my dad got me a red 96 accord coup and I loved it now look at me now I got a 92 prelude full built boosted that makes 500 whp on 91 !!! I had two co-workers that had Honda's one had a 6th gen accord the other had an 8th gen accord coupe. I fell in love with them. However, maybe it's just the community here in Maryland and the HDay event at MRI (Maryland International Raceway). I am starting not to like the Honda community anymore. It's just they are so not welcoming well in my experience anyway.
