I have qx50 2016; the oil consumption is very high, the code I am getting is p0300, misfiring from different cylinders, but I don't hear or feel that it has. I have changed the sparkplugs, and it didn't fix. Would updating it fix it? How can the system be upgraded?

I have 2013 infinity Jx35 pls can i use xtool d8 to program the tcm.
The problem that i am facing is that when i shift the gear to drive and start driving it the transmission start vibrate before changing into 2 gear and goes on like that.
Pls help me
