Hi Madeline! I pulled this card for my daily for the first time today, and MY GOODNESS does your interpretation resonate with my life right now! I remember I did a reading for my brother a few months ago. He was living in Kurdistan at the time and was deeply concerned that travel restrictions would prevent him from moving to Istanbul, where his girlfriend lives. He ended up randomly meeting two other Americans in Erbil the next day who were trying to get to Istanbul as well, and they journeyed onward together, helping each other along the way. I had always kind of feared this card for some reason, but this could easily be one of my new favourites! Thank you!

Wow I’ve always viewed this card as a positive one.. reintegration and moving on after the difficult five of swords, almost gives me a sense of a new beginning, change of atmosphere. Definitely a card of moving forward but in a more optimistic, smooth sailing, and less anxious way in my mind 😊

I had a thought while receiving this card in my reading today. This card speaks to me of someone navigating a situation or life with a very fragile grip on the journey that their on. The swords represent the dangers from within (or from outside bad actors/negative influences) that threaten to overturn the fragile calm that is now being experienced, and the figures represent the most vulnerable innocent (I say innocence because the figures appear to be a older/more frail person and a child) who are threatened if we lose control. It can either be people we know, or those parts of ourselves that need extra care and love. What do you think?

6 of swords always confused me because when I read my Tarot about my future and my Twin flame in our 60’s probably almost a decade from now , the 6 of swords is always appearing .We are not together now so it must say that we are going to be in a calmer and peaceful relationship at age of 60 ? Being reunited physically ? … or our relationship will prosper and make it through because 6 of swords Is clarified by 2 of cups or are we just end up mutually and leave each other peacefully and accept the situation is over and done and live a normal life without each other ?…

Wow… I got this for a “what you want” slot- Ive been going through a horrible breakup where I have been regretting the financial situation we got ourselves into- the swords- having to cut through the attachments with logic, albeit really sad about it. Its been gutting. But this card gives me hope.

Tripp, this is the intuitive aspect of tarot. It is for you to focus on your current situation and understand whether the oarsman or the passengers represent your journey. Sometimes, we are the moving everyone forward during turbulent times. Sometimes, we need to allow another to steer and p[rople us through difficult times.

OMG...The 6 is a perfect number how can it be turbulent, swords can be unbalanced naturally but not with a foundation of perfection (the number is the foundation of a card). This cards actual name is science and it is based in the position of ones higher self not caught up in the lower aspects of Earthly illusion. The rider deck is good but this cards symbolism is inaccurate for this card. The card represents a clarity of the mind that is otherwise not usually attainable it is not a movement it is a point of mental precision focused and poised before any movement to guarantee correct understanding and/or outcome. This video is poorly inaccurate.
