THOUSAND ISLAND DRESSING
Ingredients
* 1 cup mayonnaise
* 1/3 cup ketchup
* 1/4 cup sweet relish
* 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
* 1/2 medium onion very finely minced
* 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
* 1/2 teaspoon Sriracha or other hot sauce
Instructions
* Add all the ingredients to a bowl and whisk everything together well to combine.
* Place the dressing in a mason jar or in another airtight container and refrigerate for 60 minutes or overnight.
* Enjoy on all your favourite salads or sandwiches.
