Live and Kicking end credits screw-up

Someone rolls the end credits of L&K too early, over the top of the "next week" sequence. This then takes Mitch by surprise as they have to cut straight to the end credits background, rather than back to the studio, and as they've started early there's a big gap at the end. All things considered a bit of a mess, much like the show itself at this point.
