When I tried the taste of the water before rice, it was completely bitter, I was all prepared to be disappointed. We tried this recipe yesterday for our party, and it was fantastic 😍😁 We used the exact amount of masala and spices, but we used less methi leaves (7 for 1kg rice) (he used hybrid methi in this video but we get non-hybrid methi here which gives bitter taste if used in more quantity) The rest we did exactly as he suggested. By the way, this was our first house party and first biryani making after marriage.
