Have yall looked into New Country Organics? (NCO) its a really good feed, ive used it for my chickens for a few years now (since they were chicks) and i use there swine feed for my kunies. i finally found a place in houston that sells it and it saves a bunch on shipping. with yall buying in bulk it would probably be much cheaper. I think they offer the option to be a dealer too, that might help yall too and you could sell feed to offset the cost of feed... if that makes sence lol. just a thought. I love yalls videos keep them up! ive learned so much! Make the change!
Hey thanks for the feedback, i plan to get 2 pigs to get pigglets for meat, can you think if i keep them on little more than 2 acres it will be ok for the pasture ? i split it in 6 for rotation. Can we give less food or maybe no if we have enought space ?
Have you checked at Bob’s fertilizer and feed in Crossville for bulk feed options? We just moved outside Clark Range and they were suggested by some of the locals.
You keep your animals so clean! I really love that...even the pigs are kept in such nice places and I love that you move then often, so important!
LOVE hearing the pigs smack as they eat.. so funny and cute! :)
It is oddly enjoyable
I really like your videos! I also like the fact that you're now a Tennessean LOL

It’s worth a try
I wish it was spring in the Tx panhandle. 4 degree wind chill this morning and snow tomorrow. How long does a pallet of pig feed last you?
Right about a month

We used to use them but they went up a lot on their prices
Good to know!
What store online do you get all your feed from?
We get it from a local feed store in town
2 cups regardless of age? The babies don't get too fat, WOW
Do they forage less?
Do experience much vermin (mice/rats/other birds) or weather (rain/snow) loss?
We lost some turkeys to rats and ducks to opossum but we have a cat now so that is helping
7lb buckets is what the 2 smaller ones are in the video
