Installed an Electro and Co QS 138 motor and controller kit on the Mega Moto 80/105 mini bike frame.
Installed a QS 138 Motor and an EM-150/2 controller from Electro and CO on the Mega MOto 80/105 minibike.

I think this is your best bike yet! That's saying something because all your projects turn out looking and performing so well. Looking forward to see what 0-30 times you can get with it. I think you'll get a good 0-50 or maybe even 0-60 time with that sort of power band. Awesome bike, I love it!

That bike has so much more potential with a better controller. Your probably hitting 10KW peak assuming the battery can output 150A constant. That motor can take north of 30KW. You hv about 450 phase amps. That motor needs closer to 700phase. Tronic 750. 3shul 750, fardriver 680 or large, ASI BAC 8000.

I'm curious, now that you've had so many different engine combinations in your mini bikes along with various electric setups, what would you consider your favorite as far as a fun, go-to combination for a mini bike? Seems like some people still lean toward gas engines for the smell, sound and feel while others prefer the simplicity of quiet and smooth electric power. I'm curious what your thoughts are.
It kinda depends on the day. I love the gas bikes. I grew up on the gas bikes and karts but the electric stuff is fun too. Love that instant torque. Its nice having both around. I like the Taco 22 for old school bike with the Tillotson 225.Simple set up with plenty of power and not much maintenace.
I met the guys who started the Taco's here in California. They sold me my curved intake for my vm22 Japanese mikuni carb

@@Black66 I am trying to use this motor for a 130kg motorcycle would u recommend it also, which controller amp would u recommend, I saw someone using a 250amp 600amp controller for it and one confusing thing is his controller is showing 350amp and 600 amp which is weird idk if the controller is that powerful or just a glitch, however pls advise me on this sir

Once you have the launch figured out, a 0-60 should be done for fun with a fresh battery and everything warmed properly.
B66 you have some stones to go that fast with that small front tire. The suspension eats a lot of the vibration. I thought you were going to pick on the Slingshot.. Awesome build and fantastic content. What would you say for range...30 miles?

I'm really digging this build and I'd like to know how long the battery will last at full throttle and just normal use
Not sure on this one yet. If you look at the e-bike playlist I did some range test with other bikes with similar batteries.
On a dirt bike like a hawk 250 size bike the top speed would be around 120 mph with that sprocket setup.
I'm getting a 14 tooth front sprocket for my motor, how many tooth rear sprocket do you recommend for a 13/5.00-6 rear tire?
I want to go at least 60mph thanks
With that tire, you could get away with even a bigger sprocket on the front or a smaller one in the rear.
The 138 will pull the gear with no problem.
Actually i'm getting the EC4P so how many rear tooth sprocket would you recommend with a 14 tooth front?@@Black66
I’m building a mini bike with this set up but its a heavier mini bike. Should I go with a qs138 v3 or a qs165? Any help would be appreciated.
'I'm not sure about the QS165. I have used the Kunray 3000W motor, EC4P, qs90, qs120, and qs138 on the channel. Of course, the QS138 has the most torque out of the 5 motors I have used, by far.

Yes, its a different set up. I picked them both up used. I have seen simular wheels on Ali express.
