I own this car and the best part about it is the fun I get driving in winter it’s like it chews up the road I can’t explain it but it’s so fun. I also sit in a lot of traffic and have the auto assist cruise so I don’t have to stare at the road it kind of drives itself. It also will prevent accidents and it has blue tooth FYI. I LOVE MY 2017 Subaru with eyesight and touring package

I have a 2017 Subaru Legacy sport . I really like mine . Wouldn’t trade it for anything . Perfect size and this car is fun to drive . I didn’t realize just how nice these cars really were.

I have the same exact car, the only difference is I have black interior, I don't have the moonroof deflector, side window deflectors. Mine is also a '16 model.
The car is a real head turner and also a rare one because I live in FL. It's quite common to see the Outback. This car reminds me so much of a Camry that my mom owned when I was younger. Coincidentally, some 2016 Camrys were built on the same assembly line as the Legacy and Outback.
Keep up the good work with your vids, and hope you're enjoying your car as much as I'm enjoying mine.

I’ve got a 2017 Subaru Legacy premium. Love it, I get it serviced at the Subaru dealership. It’s a beast

4:32 - there is a SET button on the seat memory. Hit the SET button, then press L1 or L2. Done.
Keep in mind, you should be adding a mixture of water and coolant in any radiator. Straight coolant is not the answer. It WILL overheat.

1998 through 2012 had bad head gasket design. Using the MLS (multilayered steel) gaskets made for turbo engines actually solves that issue. Total suckage. I have a 2016 2.5i Legacy. Thing is a snow beast.

I had my eyes set on the 2015-2017 Legacy Limited but now I prefer the 2018 because it has an updated infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and a sportier look front fascia, also the steering wheel looks better. I love the all new Legacy 2020-present interior but the rear of the car is ugly now, I prefer the 2015-2019 rear way more.

You didn't have a coolant leak...you had the classic Subaru "internal headgasket failure" (as opposed to an external failure which would leak on the ground)....So out of the frypan and into the fire.....hold onto your hat its going to be terrible and costly ride ahead of you. Get OUT of the Subaru nightmare cycle - you should have bought that Honda. Friends dont let friends drive Subarus.

I traded mine in for a motorcycle after mine was starting to go. Dealer never knew. I guess they sold it off at an auction anyway.

Do you still have the car? How's it been? I'm picking up a Legacy 17 2.5 premium. Test drove a few cars and just like you, decided to go for the Subaru. Hoping I made a good choice! It's going to be my commuter vehicle.

It's been great, 100% recommend the car. There is another thread here under the comments of user @brooke3140, I will share more details there later, just waiting to hit 5 thousand miles of driving.

@@yadayadacast2170 ending up going with a ‘19 Toyota Camry SE! My ‘18 Camry SE was totaled & was looking for something cheaper. I did research on so many cars & you just can’t beat the Camry on reliability. Changing the oil is all it needs! Mine had 80k miles when it died (from a car crash 😭) but picked one up today with 56k miles!

@user-ut9ov8xm4m hope you enjoy the new car! And sorry to hear the other one was totaled. I'm a Toyota/Honda guy and decided to do something different this time. I got the Subie and no regrets so far, its AWD on the snow was awesome. Camry is also a great option tho!

I had. Old Suburu Legacy and spent way too much repair $ …$400-600 repairs. These cars have problems through the generation, head gasket, valve springs, oil consumption. Most were fixed after 2018 model. Why people lov them I don’t know!

@@Pizzscn it ended up selling and I got to watch the new owners sign papers lol. I ended up getting a 2018 limited but it has 97k miles. I knew I wanted an AWD sedan after having a Volvo and Audi but didn't want to keep spending an arm and leg on gas and maintenance. A Subaru legacy seemed like the obvious choice. I have had to top off the coolant and if it blows a head I'm going to scream. Same thing happened with both Audi and Volvo
