I have Britbox because yes, I love British mysteries. But the UK uses real people. The US only has perfect people on tv - people that have been surgically perfected. No one wakes up with perfect bed hair and makeup. Britain uses real people!

I grew up on British shows in the 70s and 80s. The public broadcasting station always had British shows (i.e. Doctor Who, Red Dwarf, Black Adder, Monty Python, Fawlty Towers) and then access to BBC America in the 2000s. I love British programs.
