💙 Ubuntu Unity, Xubuntu, Ubuntu Budgie
I went with Kubuntu because of KDE Plasma. I'm dual booting with Windows 11.
Ubuntu Kylin is interesting. Might try to use it if I wanna practise Chinese. I'm thinking of learning Chinese, so that might be useful.
Someone suggest a best linux distros for web App development programming and also with good UI experience.. And I’m windows user, but i want to experience the linux now.. ❤
did u find any?
@@CutieAnimals-sj9rx yeah..
for Beginners : Linux Mint and ZoriOS
zorin has good UI.
For Developers: Ubuntu,
Arch Linux for advanced developers
hi, i am looking for a distro lighter, more battery-efficient than windows 11, but has a strong commnuty base cauze' im new 😢
Another vote for zorin. Or Linux mint. If you’re new to Linux they’re easy jump in points.
lubuntu
Linux mint cinnamon ubuntu based would be great for you.
For battery use tlp or autocpufreq it would surely give your laptop more battery life
You can turn off GPU when not required (increases battery life greatly)
Some other suggestions fedora, pop os and nobara(which I personally use)
If you are a noob Linux mint or zorin would be great.
My personal preference would be mint(ubuntu base) debian base is not as much beginner friendly
Linux is NOT a battery efficient OS on Windows branded Laptops. If Battery Life is what u are looking for , stay away from Linux. However, there are apps u can use such as Tlp or auto-cpufreq to extend battery life a bit. Also note that there is NO hibernate option in most Linux distros. ✍🏿
Ubuntu Unity FTW
How can you put Ubuntu and perfect in the same sentence ? That's outrageous !
Me screaming in the background when he pronounced ubuntu mate incorrectly:
I don't see Ubuntu DDE in your list.
not an official flavor
I like UbuntuDDE a lot. I hope they become an official flavor at some point!
I've made my decision:
Windows Vista
So this is one of AI generated video content, huh. Thought it would be less noticeable.
Sameone said that last Lubuntu version are not good like before.
It is not as lightweight as it was. Feels like Xubuntu and Lubuntu are just the same thing but with gtk and qt, respectively. They are similar, not THAT lightweight, but they can revive an old laptop. But honestly no computer can run a browser properly with less than 2GB RAM anymore.
