Not a bad house. Hate the stairs , woodwork needs refreshing, kitchen is okay but badly designed. Narrow hall but typical for the age of the house. Someone with imagination could really do wonders with this house.
Suggestion for you, when taping PLEASE take of those shoes! The clip clopping is VERY distracting.
