Unfortunately, the early square body Suburbans (1973 generation) had issues with rust.
My Dad factory ordered a 1973 C10 Suburban....Lime green with woodgrain.
It started rusting at three years old and the body was a mess by 6 years old.
Chevy addressed the issue somewhat and that body style continued through 1991.

The jihadists are driving Toyotas, not Suburbans. Don’t say dumb stuff. You might not like them, but to call Toyota trash is provably wrong…. And I love Suburbans. In fact, I’m am on my 3rd…. Well the last two are GMC Yukons. Current one is a beautiful, powerful Denali.
