These two owners have done more in 6 months than what the Glazers have done in a decade. Congrats to Wrexham!

Amazing from Wrexham, As a United fan i get so envious seeing owners actually have passion for their club
@@harrisongarms2052 pisses me off so bad
united has won several championships and a champions league under the glazers. problem is the bad spending, because they do spend the money. it's more politics about bringing English players than anything else at United.

Yeah, this really shows how devoted they are to the club. I see no reason why they can't use their money to lift the club out of the depths, especially with the club's history and fanbase. They deserve to be in league football, and it's great to see them back and with some of the best owners in world football.

This is what Promotion and Relegation brings. The best thing ever created in Sports
I am American and do not follow British soccer. What does promotion mean?
@@DanRaidersWarriorsSharksGiants basically, a team is promoted to the next league. Think
Single a to double A to triple A to MLB.
@@DanRaidersWarriorsSharksGiants imagine if the NFL and xfl were connected. Same game but different budgets and operating rules. imagine the Cleveland browns and the 2 next worst teams going down to xfl at the end of the normal season and the best 3 xfl teams take their place in NFL.
@@DanRaidersWarriorsSharksGiants Well there are clubs in every small town and village so there are thousands of clubs in Great Britain. Not every club can play in the Premier League. So there is the Premier League with 20 teams. And below there are different tiers of leagues. And at the end of one season the top clubs of tier 2 go up a league (which is called promotion) and the bottom teams of tier 1 go down a league (which is called relegation). Wrexham have won tier 5 and go up to tier 4 for the next season. This is promotion.
@@DanRaidersWarriorsSharksGiants The worst couple teams each season are literally kicked out of the league and "relegated" to a lower division (equivalent of the NBA G League/Triple A Baseball), they are replaced by the best teams from that lower division (called promotion). This ensures competitiveness at all ends of the standings. The top teams are fighting for a championship or promotion, and the bottom teams are literally fighting for survival, since getting relegated results in a massive decrease in funding and loss of many of your best players. Therefore there is no such thing as tanking outside of the US.

@@TomCruz54321 I agree. I`m a 4th generation Crystal Palace fan who can remember when we were in the old third division then reached what would become the Premier League using mostly players who had come through our development system and finished third which today would have meant qualification for the Champions League.
I remember the dark days as well such as when we were 45 minutes away from going out of existence before our current owner, who is a lifelong Crystal Palace fan stepped in and saved the club.
Over the last 40 years, I have met people who I now consider extended family through our shared love for Crystal Palace.
Being a London club, we will always be overshadowed by the likes of Arsenal, Tottenham and Chelsea. We don`t have their financial resources either but our club is owned and managed by Crystal Palace fans like us unlike the big boys who are nothing more than corporate playthings that don`t give a toss about their fans.
Rob and Ryan probably got a bigger buzz from that game than any Oscars ceremony.

I thought it was just another "Stars buy sports club, ho-hum" deals. But then I heard about all the backstory, about how they went there and met with the people and went about it all with respect to the fans and the town. They knew they had the money, but they knew they had to use that money and influence right to do something special. And they did just that. Well played to Rob and Ryan and especially to the players and staff for the club. Welcome back to the League.

It's crazy. Being from America, I personally had little knowledge of Wrexham as a club, other than just knowing their name and that they were one of the oldest clubs in the world. I enjoy a good soccer/football match, but usually i'm only able to catch one of the bigger clubs on tv. And then yes, the Welcome to Wrexham tv series came out. Shocker, I know. But as a big fan of both Ryan Reynolds & Rob McElhenney, I was intrigued by them purchasing a football club. I knew it would be entertaining. What I didn't expect was to get so emotionally connected to this place and these people. I found myself rooting for a team I barely knew anything about a year ago. Checking scores. Searching highlights. Just trying to keep up with the journey - I guess until the next season of the show comes out. Not claiming them as "my team" or anything like that, obviously. But I am just really happy for the town, the fans and the team from across the pond. So cool to see this happen. Congrats!

2 owners that are truly passionate for the club as a Southend united fan I’m hoping we can get a good owner as well congrats to Wrexham on promotion 🎉
Truly incredible. It’s been so much fun to see this journey and how much this club means to so many people.
Rob and Ryan are living the dream we all wish we could have. As an Eagles fan watching Rob and Ryan do the damn thing is Amazing !
Congratulations to Wrexham and all who have worked hard for this. Welcome back to the league; Swansea fan.
This has been Wrexhams best season in decades
First the impressive Fa cup run beating Coventry and nearly getting past Sheffield United was crazy but now they’re promoted after so much hurt and pain
Amazing what having a committed ownership group can do for a club.
Congratulations Wrexham from us fans in Northern Ireland
LETS GO, as an Leyton Orient fan and now a Wrexham fan watching every single game, this day is one to remember. Absolute banger of a season for both teams. Been in tears twice already haha, UP THE O'S!, UP THE SUPER TOWN! // Swedish fan
This exact kind of promotion is one of my favourite aspects of the EFL/EPL/european football leagues.
I can't wait to see where Wrexham goes from here!
How we all build each other up to win! Congrats Wrexham from the 🇺🇸!!!
It’s still the 5th league though…
@@giasifman9050 progress. Rome wasn’t built in a day . This is a huge step in the right direction
Owners, manager and players working together is massive, no matter how much money may have been been put in it won’t be the amount premiership clubs put in. Glad for Parky also. Well done Wrexham from a Leeds fan… I’m wishing we had your commitment 👍🏻
Awesome owners. Theyll be in those fans hearts for eternity because of what they accomplished!

The ref knew exactly what was about to happen, he gets near the tunnel, whistles and runs! 😂
As a football fan of more than 15 years, it makes me happy to see how Ryan and especially Rob reacted to this.
I am in my 7th decade of attending London matches so way to go,my friend:)
