Listening to this guy makes me feel sorry for all those house churches in places like China who are leading people to Christ with no seminary training or in-depth understanding of theological issues of importance like PREDESTINATION (which is mostly Calvinist teachings). Sad to think how they must all be lesser Christians in this guys view because they are being Pastored by someone who only has the Holy Spirit and not a Masters degree in Reform religion. 😞

Men don’t need to go to seminary to pastor any church at all. The Spirit guides and leads and awakens one. The Spirit is the one that gives understanding and knowledge in how to interpret the Holy Scriptures. None of the Apostles went to any seminar.
The Apostles didn't go to seminary because they were ordained by God to proclaim the gospel and to complete the scriptures. There are no God ordained apostles anymore because the canon of scripture is complete. We need seminaries because they are God-given institutions to exercise men to be leaders in the faith. Saying the Holy Spirit guides and leads and gives understanding and so it's okay to not go to seminary is essentially saying any believer can pastor a house church. Do you want to be led by any believer at all who claims to have the Holy Spirit? Only trained preachers should pastor any kind of church because there are so many things that are important to guarding the faith of a Christian than just "how to interpret the Holy Scriptures".
Paul was educated had to be thrown off "his high horse" being Narstic (opposite of humility) Phycology doctrine or man ( form of Godliness denying the POWER of GOD - "self esteem" ( is pride ) lots of pastors are narstic. But so was a house leader. No respect even for elder. 5 fold minister and there is a position of " EVANGELIST" is a mentorship ( Eljiaha mentored Elishia) so called Shepard ( the sheep are HIS sheep. I love it... MDiv programs are training students to be scholars. With preaching at house churches and for shepherding, there is less of a need for that scholarly level of training. Amen. Reformation Seminary is like 1/2 of a Masters Degree and there are three in-person intensives. Graduates are men who are already prequalified to be elders and likely to be lifelong learners. Amen. After all, the Apostles were supposed to make disciples [matheteuo] not converts. All believers are to be lifelong learners [mathetes] of Jesus, His leadership style, His example of service, and doers of good works, sharers of God's love, and worshipers of the Lord Jesus Christ. I respectfully disagree with your point. The qualifications for ministry are clearly outlined in Scripture, and no amount of seminary training can replace the character and qualifications that God requires. It’s important to stay true to what the Bible teaches rather than adding to God’s Word. I find it difficult to continue watching your video because it seems to deviate from this essential truth.
