What a pretty, sunny backyard setting. I have not done a remodel of a home personally, so I can't be much help there, though breaking it up into smaller projects as you're able sounds great!
The joys of home ownership! :). Your neighborhood and house looks like is has so much charm. Congratulations!!! It's great to see how you have evolved since I first saw you on the run experience channel! You will have to let us know how much you were quoted on the bathroom. I got a dremel and dremal accessory kit with a grout removal tool. It took 3 days to remove the grout from the shower. If time is an issue then have someone else do it. There are also wonderful cleaners to clean your floor grout and then you can seal it. That is really simple. Your tiles look like they are in great condition. Can't wait to get a home tour!

wait until you have to mow the lawn twice a week! :D I admire your early mornings, having a workout at 6 am, phew. The reno's in the bathroom might look daunting, but if you put your mind to it, you can do it yourself easily (loads of tutos on YT ;p) but if you can't be bothered, pay somebody to do it for you. Can't say how much that would cost tho, since I tend to want to do everything myself since we've got this house. I get annoyed if I have to pay somebody for something I could easily do (learn) myself. You just take your time, think what you want to do and it's ok to change your mind! Also don't appologize about the mess (what mess?) things are still looking for a place to go! Enjoyed the vid!

hey holly, i am also redoing my home. when you redo your master bath, make sure to add some shower niches, they look awesome. Also go with larger tiles, smaller ones are old school now. Also, Try giving a small tour of your home, i would love some good pointers😊
