Any recipes to share for spaghetti squash? I do a “bruschetta” often with leftover chopped veggies and cheese. Any great options?
Hi Bonnie 😘 ! My fave way of doing spaghetti squash is to toast or BBQ it until tender, scoop out the strings then bake again with browned butter, garlic and parm cheese. We then serve it with meatballs
Does the same technique work with zucchini seeds?
Yes, just be sure to pick the zuchinni when it's fully matured. That means the rind should be hard, flesh inside really pulpy
