Excellent but I think the diode need to be replaced because the cheap Chinese chargers or adapters don't even have fuse installed for input circuit protection. I worked on many Chinese chargers and this is what I found thanks.

I have that same itel a04 I removed the same diode the phone panel starting heating

Pay attention to the heating component and try replacing it maybe it's partially Shorted too
