Not sure really. A lot of my uploads look like that. I’m assuming it’s some export issue I haven’t figured out yet because it always looks amazing on my computer and phone.
@@shadowcultur Thank you! Yeah I read it in your show notes (description below) about single coated and super multi coated version. I’m a beginner, so that is as far I can converse with you about old lenses. Some thing about the look it give, yeah?
@@mico5003 this older version has more pronounced flaring and is a much larger lens. The later Super Multi Coated version controls flare a bit more, has better contrast and is much smaller. Both very good lenses though. I own a copy of both.
@@shadowcultur yeah beautiful flare it has! So depending on what story to tell each lens has its strength? As far I know (in my field) japanese produce always firm! I got 30 plus year old guitar and it sounds as it was. Same as build quality in cameras too it seems. I got Sigma fp as well. Right I’m trying to figure out pre- and post production. Dilemma is subscription or hours of finding colour grading in yt. Dehancer sub is time saving, but I also want to learn the craft through grading in Da Vinci Resolve.
Lovely work man. Own both the lens and camera, this inpires me to go out shooting with them. Do you capture the RAW straigt to SSD or do you use an externa; monitor/recorder?
@@timlinssen yes, ProRes to my ninja v. I found some monitoring luts that help you see the highlight clipping point in false color for various ISO values. Game changer. Check out Ole Berek on YT. Lots of great info for the sigma fp.
Thanks for watching! You can shoot raw internally but you need an expensive SD card. Like a v90 with a few hundred gigs. And those are really expensive. So it makes more sense to record to SSD as you get more storage for your money. I’m not recommending you buy anything. But if want to shoot raw this is one of the most affordable raw video cameras on the market.
I love these kind of videos. No talking, but talking through the capture of nature
That golden lens flare with the yellow flowers and green background is incredible. Nice work!
@@temporaleffects thanks for watching!
Absolutely gorgeous. I can tell you spent many hours color grading the footage by the look. It looks refined.
Thank you for the kind words!
I need this lens in my life.
It’s a beaut
soo clean
Thank you 🙏🏼
Making me want to use this for my doc! Well done Shadow, lookin sweet.

@@shadowculturnp thanks for the content!
Beautiful shots!! 🔥🔥
Much thanks!
Great 🎉, how do you like FP vs fx3?
Great shots! I wonder where it was shot at... 👀 For real though, great work
Thanks for watching! This is a city park in Tulsa, Oklahoma called The Gathering Place.
@@shadowcultur I've shot there many of times, a beautiful park!
Most of this looks great. What's with all the artifacts in the first couple of shots though?

So …. Are like not gonna post more awesome stuff? 😢
@@AlmaLus thanks for watching! Some day soon… 😊
@@shadowcultur i got a projector and a sigma fp cause of your work, so looking forward to seeing more of your work
@@AlmaLus heck yeah very cool! The projector has been one of my most used/versatile lighting tools 👌🏼
Gorgeous. What lens mount on the takumar?
I’ve converted my Taks to Canon EF then got an EF to Leica L mount adapter
My ultrawide monitor appreciates the aspect ratio. Lens has great flares and bokeh.
Thanks for watching!
Nice shots! Which super Takumar is it?
The Super Takumar 35mm f/2. Not to be confused with the later Super Multi Coated version.

Bro i have some questions
1. Do you really need a ssd if you want to shoot raw.
2. Do you really recommend this buying in 2024
Thanks for watching!

I shoot 1080 12bit raw internal on a cheap v30 card and it works fine… beautiful video by the way
