NPS Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony - March 28, 2024

Retired Colombian Navy Adm. Guillermo E. Barrera is the newest member of the NPS Hall of Fame, honored during an induction ceremony in Herrmann Hall on March 28, 2024.
Barrera, a 1983 NPS graduate, was honored for his 40-year naval career, culminating in his service as Commander of the Colombian Navy from 2006-2010.
The NPS Hall of Fame was established in 2001 to honor the school's most distinguished alumni and friends who, through the attainment of positions at the highest levels of public service, have made the greatest contributions to society, to their nations and to the institution.
