It took me couple if tries. Trust me. Couple videos later I finally got it. Practice makes perfection
So I played with this stuff for like 2 hours. I never did get it to work. It was just a stinky mess that burned me hands. I finally gave up using the useless glue. I had ordered a squeeze nail glue "Kiss Maximum speed nail glue." It was like $2 on Amazon and shipped with prime. It worked on the first try. I put a small dot of glue, put the foil on. It dried fast and I removed it to find it stamped to my nail as it was supposed to.

I bought the Kiara Sky medium coffin gelly kit and I have used it 3 times so far. I am absolutely IN LOVE!! They last so long (about 2 and a half weeks for me and I have an 8 month old baby I am a single mom to), and it is so freaking easy to do! DON'T FORGET TO CURE THE FOIL GLUE FOR ABOUT 30 SEC BEFORE APPLYING THE FOIL! I DIDN'T CURE IT AND IT WAS A MESS. WOULDN'T STICK AT ALL!!!

Can I recommend on your editing you watch the focus point of your camera? Beautiful work it’s just really uncomfortable to watch when it’s focusing on your carpet or the discarded nail foils/your left thumb instead of the actual product you’re demoing

I honestly just got some foils in the mail today and came straight to youtube to find a video on how to apply these and I must say I chose the right person for the job your video is just beautiful from the music to your presentation.definitely showed me things that I needed the extra tools and also the I guess the art glue that I need so I don't know if there's a way around that do I specifically need the art glue?

What worked for me is after you put the nail foil and cure for 60 sec wait about 5 sec and test the corner of nail to feel if it is tacky sticky then put the foil on and press like she doing on video once you see that the foil is sticking on real good start removing like she does in the video

Stunning and looks easy to do. After looking on Amazon I saw the set you purchased however, it states that a UV light is necessary to cure? Can you update and answer this please as you don’t mention using one in the video. Thanks
Yes. The light lamp is needed.

You are using a gel glue. Anytime you are using a gel product. It needs to be cured under the lamp. Nail basics ladies. These days. You need one.

Quick Question I noticed that In the video u used the " foil Glue"first before applying the foil but with the nails u painted white & black I didn't see u put any " foil glue on 1st ..So could u just clarify if u need the foil glue on painted nails as well as unpainted nails? & do u need to cure in between any of the applications or No??..The nails came out Beautiful!!💗
The painted nail - I did not apply foil glue as the stickiness of the cured gel gave me enough stick to have the foil applied in spots. Will not cover the entire nail.
Foil glue - I apply it if I want the foil to transfer to the whole nail

Did you add the foil glue on top of the black gel polish before putting on the foil?
I know this video is a little older but im having trouble my top coat over the foil glue gel. In the negative spaces that I didn't apply foil there is what I know as a fisheye effect. Its as if the top coat will not adhere to the foil glue. I was told to try giving the foil gel a wipe with alcohol to take some of the sticky layer off but it still happens. It acts the same way it would if you were to apply a top coat directly over base without taking off the sticky layer. Has anyone else had this issue? Any tips?

Even though I love makartt. On a couple different brands of white polish, it would tint yellowish. Which is a bummer for the clear applicants. But works great. looking for an alt for when I use white polish for foil. :D

So… I bought the same thing same brand same everything and I was measuring where to put it on the nail before I put the glue. And it work without the glue….why and how? Because I tried it without the glue the first time and it didn’t work this time I was just trying to measure where I could put it on the nail and it stuck!!
If you are attaching to a sticky surface it will catch. It can be bade and or gel polish
What clear polish did you use under the pink foil ?
Foil glue. Than cured it and applied the foil

I have the led light. I always to 60 second. I would double the time to to 2 min. Try it. I love this glue.

Can you please help? I used the beetles nail art foil glue gel- and send the uv led light is not drying it. I tried with the base 1st then without. And the result is the same. I tried a very thin layer even, with no luck. What is going on? Can you help? The foil is sliding everywhere with no stickiness to hold on.
I don't know which foil glue that is.
Make sure when you apply the foil. Apply matte side down
