Great stuff brother! I think the #1 key for today in e-commerce is availability to capital as needed (best is from your own profits). That said, I think product differentiation which is tied to your customer archetype needs/desires, a premium offering, with higher pricing and higher profit margins is the best key to success to growing your net capital. I’ve known folks who have had high volume sales, low PPC cost, attractively low pricing, coupled with net profits purely designed only to work with high velocity sales. However, one hiccup with an uptick in costs for COGS, freight, logistics etc …they were quickly upside down.
real valuable video!! when I first launched my first product I was exactly in thet middle spot and boy did I loose my pants in the process until I finally figured out which side of the aisle I'm and finally things are starting to turn around, people should listen what adem has to say it will turn your life around.
Great video! The decrease in organic vs paid results is slowly killing free market capitalism. Organic results shows the best products based on reviews and sales, but the increase in PPC favors the big companies with millions to spend and wait for longer term. Hopefully we don’t see a day when there is only 2-3 organic results on page 1
Great video as usual. Nice synopsis of the situation. Interesting side camera angle, btw. We are opting for the premium product/experience path. The challenge seems to be securing an acceptable rank in the flywheel when most other players in the niche are opting for the price/value strategy. That might be an interesting future video on the channel.
In that model you have to have a REALLY compelling offer/differentiation. It helps if you can drive inexpensive external traffic (influencers, audience, etc). The fact is that amazon heavily rewards sales velocity so that plays more into the hands of the value players.
Great video as always, and certainly applicable to business in general outside of Amazon. One of my biggest struggles has been attempting a significant differentiation in order to become that premium offer, but as a result of not fully understanding my target audience, oftentimes that differentiation is hit or miss and doesn't accurately capture what the customer desires. This applies mostly to aesthetic-based differentiations, which I'm still struggling to learn how to validate. However your course did solve the majority of my pain points related to this, so I can't wait for the next launch. Looking forward to next week's video on Chinese sellers!
Always waiting for every monday for your video. Please make video frequency higher, we are exited for more content. it will be better if you also make video on in which market to enter at start according to investment. Also exited for next video on chinese supplier. Thank You
Amazon is very difficult to make a profit anymore because Amazon let all these Chinese suppliers sell directly on their site now and they can undercut the other sellers they are the ones manufacturing the product.
If you sell the same product with little differentiation, a customer is going to pick the cheaper one. That’s not Chinese sellers fault or Amazon’s. Create an offer than matters is every brand builders responsibility and table stakes to be successful now.
Number 1 reason, seller support. They're absolutely clueless and are zero help when you have any problems. IE: High jacking, listing errors, etc 2. Chinese manufacturers. They're basically allowed to do anything they want. And can sell at MUCH cheaper prices. Anything after these 2 things is fluff.
you are not a music video! Stop with the post production effects! The constant twitching, cutting, and jiggling is distracting to anyone trying to LEARN.

Agreed. It's a tricky balance flying close to the Sun with the price based value proposition.

Whenever you blame it on externalities, the problem is likely you. This is honestly the truth and worth some introspection on.
