Looks just like the American Cruze inside and out, except for the gauges. I'm pretty happy with Chevy's global movement to make their vehicles the same throughout the world.

No it has it, it doesn't come absolutely "standard" but you can add a full connectivity package for $275. It has USB, blu tooth, and onstar etc.
