Nice dubb though I thought you were adding your own VOT then figured his audio was over modulating, That’s the DP/News photographer in me. Great setup.
Hi Jarred I just watched the video of your tank and set up, very impressive. I am starting the process of redoing my tank which has been running for about 10 years I have a really bad turf algae problem that I can’t get rid of. Do you have any early pictures or videos of the initial setup of your rock scape and the rock that you used. I am tearing my tank apart and starting from scratch. My tank is 450 gallons 96x36x36.
I always appreciate the chance to explore peoples systems. Thanks for bringing us to so many amazing reefs! You always do a great job with the audio and video quality also. It does not go unnoticed! Keep up the great work!
Thanks for the video sam! and great to see your tank Jarred! lots of AMA pieces in that beauty! you have now given me ideas to completely move all my LPS to my frag system and get some nice Pygmy Angels
You ever just look at a guy and think "yeah, he can fight"? Awesome tank! Was going back and forth between Waterbox and Cade myself. Went WB, but still like the Cades...

The yellow Tang looks large! The Emperor angel looks so pretty. Personally i think there are too many of those small blue fish in the tank. The 7ft long tank looks really something. The video gives the impression the water is slightly cloudy.
we had been feeding a fair bit prior to filming this video so the water may have been a little cloudy due to that, I personally love the chromis in the tank - it gives a point of reference for the larger fish in the system
I love these tank videos to see how people do different things. That reactor with the kalk in it does the kalk get mixed by just the ro getting pushed through?
It's mentioned near the start of the video, but it is Reef Factory Reef Flare Blue lights. Combo of small's and larges to get the length that Jarred wanted (Y)
@ParkersReef I guess, but...another 7k just to be up and running, wow. Makes a lot of reef starters gun shy. I have been in it for...oh, I guess 40 or more years. Lol, we had undergravel filters back then. I had a 75 gal, old school, white vho, and blue actinic. (Super love the new led) a sump with ribbon media and, at the time, a pretty expensive skimmer. Added or subtracted nutrients, did 10% water change every other day, or 3 rd day. After 2 yrs it was almost self sustainable. I super love all the bells and whistles of today, I mean, your tank is AWESOME, but is it all necessary?
I control my deltec CR Twintech with the kh keeper and a powerswitcher. Kh 7.7 powerswitcher ON and send the Twintech into Night Mode so it stops dosing. Kh 7.6 Powerswitcher OFF and the dosing starts again. This works perfect
I wonder if i can one day keep a tank full of acropora with only using tap water. I know its a bit of a long shot but hope to be able to do it successfully in the near future. Lol
I'm currently running tap water in my mixed reef. Nothing nearly as nice as your tank but it looks pretty decent, especially since it's of course tap water, with hardly any water changes. I currently have two no name acropora and one anacropora along with Monti's, euphyllias, alveaporas and goni's in the tank. So far they look great. I love a challenge and my goal is to help people have success with reef tanks with the bare minimum. Just started posting on my UA-cam channel. youtube.com/@leoL3383?si=cgyui90KL-XT6Wqb not the best speaker but I will get better lol 😂
How Good would it be if someone could invent 3D printed Acros, Monti,s ect ect. With todays technology surely they can replicate something that resembles the real things. Would be great for Fowlr tanks. I hope a product hits the market soon. Very nice tank to, and the Angels are stunning.
I'm an old school reefer. Can't say I like all of these modern reef setups. They don't look natural at all. Way too many corals sitting on plastics stands and almost no rock. No anemones and very few crustaceans. I understand that for some reason this is considered the epitome of reef tanking today, but frankly it looks kind of plastic. I've dived in many of the world's best coral reef locations, and nothing looks like this...
@@ParkersReef So yes of course to each their own. I'm not some sort of soup nazi ☺. But when the trend with all the young women is to get face tatoos, it behooves one to point out to your own teenage daughter that it might not be the best thing and that just maybe it's a passing fad. It's like pointing to a shopping mall's Christmas tree setup as a beautiful example of the Canadian boreal forest. Christmas trees are indeed beautiful - for 2 or 3 weeks per year. I just think it's time for the hobby to grow out of this "make my reef look like a candy shop" adolescent phase. Almost all saltwater aquarium channels now celebrate the same, dare I now say generic, sps reef set ups. It's becoming a bit of a yawn. Good salt, dosing and lighting and voila. I'm currently working on the KSA side of the Red Sea. Yesterday morning I saw Rays, Lionfish, a picasso trigger and a gigantic Commerson's Frogfish. My next aquarium (that is in the planning phase) will have corals on the menu LOL. Just an opinion.
BTW, beautifully managed reef aquarium - I don't mean to take anything away from the great effort Jarred has likely put into this... It's takes much skill to keep all those corals happy long term...
I can understand but I think this is the strength of this hobby, the tank is as personal as you are, it is your taste and an extension of what you find aesthetic. Otherwise everyone’s tanks would look the same. The effort alone to have a tank maintained this way is huge and each to their own. This is the “diversity” of this hobby
one of the nicest tanks ive seen on here, looks natural, not over stocked on coral and scapes perfect
He's done well hasn't he? Looks amazing!
Yes I noticed the change of voice and wondered what happened and it was like you set the tank up. Good job debugging again as previously mentioned
Many thanks!
Good job on the dubbing, it improved the quality and you did it in a smooth seamless style, cool video
ah thanks mate, I did my best with it!
That yellow and orange coral is amazing
yeah it's pretty special!
WOW!! Super clean to boot!!
Gorgeous system!!!
Nice dubb though I thought you were adding your own VOT then figured his audio was over modulating,
That’s the DP/News photographer in me. Great setup.
Haha thanks mate, did my best to save the footage as it was too good to lose!
Thanks again Sam for taking the video. Happy to help with any questions anyone may have.
Thanks mate!!!

So nice of you! I definitely try my best to bring you the content!
Inspirational! I love this tank. Thanks so much for the tour!
Glad you enjoyed it!
When the corals will grow will be fantastic ❤.
Is already fantastic, but yes - will be even more so in a years time
Great interview, thx. Wow that sump is picture perfect bruh
Glad you liked it! Agree, Jarred’s sump is world class
Beautiful tank! Good job.
Thank you very much!
Love the size of this tank!
Great size, suits the space so well
Great video and beautiful reef! 👏🏽
Agreed!!
@ Parker- My wife loves your tank and that canopy so much that we’re now building a peninsula room divider. 84x36x30
Wow that’s awesome!!
Fantastic tank, corals and fish. Congratulations ❤
Absolutely amazing work!

Awesome, thank you!

can't be disappointed with either of those options to be honest, both make a lovely tank

Another awesome vid mate keep these coming love them🍻🍻😉
Thanks, will do!
Perhaps you can put the mic on some sort of chain to avoid future audio problems. Great review on the tank
It’s not normally an issue, but lessons were learnt this time for next videos :)

Those colours are insane! And that's without you using an orange lense! I thought my colours were good. I need to up my game
Jarred sure knows how to colour up his coral!
I love these tank videos to see how people do different things. That reactor with the kalk in it does the kalk get mixed by just the ro getting pushed through?
Glad you’re enjoying them! Yes that is correct, a super passive way of mixing it that seems to work well for Jarred
What kind of reactors do you think would work for this type setup?
anything that adds at the bottom and overflows at the top. The seatorch add-a-fill reactors are a good example
Great looking tank 👍😍
He does well hey?!
@@ParkersReef yes he does fantastic tank 👍 thanks for your time doing all your videos much appreciated
@tonycloseukreef3799 appreciate that Tony!
What a beauty!!
You bet!!
Beautiful tank 😍 Can you tell me what kind of lighting this is? which model?
It's mentioned near the start of the video, but it is Reef Factory Reef Flare Blue lights. Combo of small's and larges to get the length that Jarred wanted (Y)
@@ParkersReef ok I understand, thank you very much for your answer 👍
Sorry I have to ask what’s with the voice over ? Amazing tank setup ❤
Was mentioned at the start and end of the video, I had to voice over a couple of sections as Jarred's microphone was playing up :)
@@ParkersReef sorry adhd over here 🤣🤦♂️
All good!!!
Whats the name of the media in 2nd reactor which is not running as nitrates are low. Zeo? Which media is that. Thanks for the video.
Yeah aquaforest zeo. It’s a zeolite rock, removes ammonia before it converts to nitrite and nitrate
Awesome video, do you mind asking that gentleman what that orange/yellow corals name is in the lower center of his tank? that looks amazing
Let me check, hopefully Jarred will see this
Not sure exactly which one you mean. Possibly the bubblegum digi
@@jarredbugden9495 yes that’s it thank you! Awesome looking tank!
how does he access the back of the tank ? i don't see much space in between from the video
Obviously doesn't need to get to the back of the tank all that often. Plus he can access from the top and the bottom via the sump area (Y)
Impressive build. I've never known anyone run a temp of 27 is there a reason for this ?
It was a warm day (35c), was not the desired temp - just what the tank had got to
This is a beautiful tank. Good job. The cost tho...WoW!!! 7k just for the tank, stand, and sump.
Yeah but you get what you pay for with Cade. Very high quality systems!

@ParkersReef I agree... Cade is a VERY nice tank system
@ShaneWilson-ot3qk of course it’s not!
8k now.
very nice
Very nice

Kh 7.7 powerswitcher ON and send the Twintech into Night Mode so it stops dosing. Kh 7.6 Powerswitcher OFF and the dosing starts again. This works perfect
yeah that's the plan, just waiting on the RF powerswitcher to come out here in Australia :)

Can you elaborate what youre thinking?
I'm an expert digital sculpter with access to a form XL
Wow… that water level would give me anxiety 😂 😅 Pretty tank though
