    This type of bullying is easier to deal with because they're openly abusive, such as, sending you obnoxious and threatening emails, and rude to you in front of witnesses, which you could be used as evidence. It's the clever manipulative bullies you need to watch out for. The ones who exclude you from emails, don't invite you to important meetings, belittle and talk to you like you're a little child, talk over you, over critical of everything you do and use subtle/sarcastic jokes to berate you, which could be misinterpreted as harmless banter. Workplace bullying is a form of psychological warfare. It's designed to strip you of your self worth, take away of your confidence/self esteem and make you feel inferior. Once you're in that vicious cycle, the bully will keep doing the same things repeatedly until they have complete control over you or they have pushed you over the edge. The best form of defence is to make them work for it. If they exclude you from a meeting, put them on the spot. Ask them why in a polite manor? If a joke is fired at you, always take it the wrong way and tell them you don't like that type of humour. Stand your ground and they'll soon back off. The name of the game is never show signs of weakness.

    I notice in all these types of illustrations it is always the male portrayed as the bully. All of my workplace incidents, it has been the female who was harassing and bullying.

      That is an excellent point Dhaat. Often the bully or harasser can be female which sometimes makes it harder for a male to speak up about the incidents. Thank you for sharing your experiences.

    The notes show a pattern of abuse ! This explains the targets condition and what action is necessary in the case...Your notes are a witness..in a criminal case they solve them..

    I experience online workplace harassment continually. My current job entails training and co-worker personnel chatting with past employers who falsely accused me of marijuana use, publically berated me in a violent manner for no reason (there was never any documentation to support Walter's cowardly behavior), and involuntarily discharged me for no cause, (which is why I won the unemployment case). It was Satoshi Yamaji who smoked marijuana and Baines who invented the notion that me not being energetic is the same as sleeping. It was a coworker with narcolepsy who slept, and, another cowardly move for Baines to simply say he got me confused with him. Ongoing workplace harassment at the workplace by chatting and "repeating" messages from past employers is a violation of employee rights and is easily detectable if the employer has a competent computer communication policy.

    I need some direction as to documenting how my current employer is texting with Ed Haas's children in order to exact revenge upon me. It was he who lost his job for allowing elderly residents suffer sickness and early death because he wouldn't bathe them and change their urine-soaked clothes and bed linens. He even had behind his epileptic son like a coward. And now his dirt bag former supervisor team is helping him again

    Now you have to go one for gay's (gay hitting on straight reg. marry persons)explain it loss of wage one only gets?
