Go to Brad Raffensperger the Georgia Secretary of state; he is the officer in charge of state compliance to FOIA requests. Present this video to him. The state will audit the city and step in to force compliance. If the records do not exist then the community could do a lawsuit but this doesn't have to be on your shoulders.
This officer is such a wonderful public offical and an excellent representative of her community. Somthing so few and far between. ❤from Texas.

The state of Georgia needs to audit this City of Woodbury accounts for the last 5 years to make sure there is no illegal activities going on. I would recommend contacting the Governor’s office or the perhaps the GBI should investigate this.

This sounds a lot like what's going on in Otter Creek FL.
I had a clerk tell me over the phone, that the person I wanted to speak with was not in, and I would need to call back later to see if they were in (been trying for weeks to reach them).
So I turned around, approached the window, and ask them over the phone why would you tell me their not in, when they are standing behind you. Their jaw dropped when they see I was talking to them on the phone, standing in front of them.

This 49 year old (she stated her age saying she did NOT need to be told by this man asking her questions what she needed to do) apparently DID need to be told what the needed to do just like a 4 year old little girl...which IS WHY she was FIRED from her job as a Clerk, along with childish little-boy Clerk Kojo who ALSO refused to follow the law, do his job and be helpful to the public. Both of them MIGHT be able to work at a McDonald's mopping greasy kitchen floors and cleaning the bathrooms with a lot of close supervision from 16 year old Shift Managers.
