THE THINGS YOU’LL NEED:
Dough
-3 packets Fleischmann’s® Rapid Rise® Instant Yeast
-2 teaspoons sugar
-4-¾ cups all-purpose flour, plus more for rolling
-1 teaspoon salt
-2-¼ cups warm water (120°F-130°F)
-2 tablespoon corn oil + some for greasing pan
Toppings
-2 tablespoons butter, melted
-1 teaspoon garlic powder
-1/2 teaspoon salt
-1 cup marinara sauce
-1-½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
-2 tablespoons shredded parmesan cheese
-¼ cup pepperoni slices
-¼ cup mozzarella pearls
-Fresh basil, thinly sliced for garnish
