THE THINGS YOU’LL NEED:
BLTA with Chipotle Mayo
· 8 slices turkey bacon
· 8 slices bread
· 2 tomatoes, sliced
· 1 avocado, sliced thin
· Romaine lettuce leaves
· ½ cup Mayonnaise
· 2 teaspoons adobo sauce*, from a can of chipotles in adobo
· 2 teaspoons lemon juice
· ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
· ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
· ¼ teaspoon chili powder
· ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
· ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Deviled Eggs
· 12 large eggs, hardboiled
· 1/3 cup mayonnaise
· 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
· 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
· Salt, pepper & garlic powder to taste
· Smoked paprika for garnish
Chipotle Roasted Potatoes
· 1 lbs baby potatoes
· 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
· 3 teaspoons adobo sauce*, from a can of chipotles in adobo
· 1 tablespoons water
· Salt, to sprinkle
· Chives chopped (optional)

I'm surprised eggs are commonly wasted, they don't last long enough in our house to be wasted lol. They literally go in everything.

In my experience it's veggies that get wasted. I had a shirt ton of mushrooms about to go to waste yesterday, I cooked em up with some garlic and onion, blended them and made raviolis. Yum!

Ro was very right about the foods that get wasted and the food looks very good I must try these recipes because some food in my house goes to waste quickly.
I can't believe it's taken me 10 years to finally start watching her videos. There's no specific reason I didn't before but boy was i missing out. I love deviled eggs! When I make egg salad for sandwiches I will use the same ingredients that I do for deviled eggs. The mustard gives it a little kick which is nice. I love summer cookout food with deviled eggs, macaroni, and potato salad, and all the grilled things. My Uncle used to make cut-up kielbasa with mustard and brown sugar and it was great.
