I’m glad you brought up relationship anxiety. I struggle with it a lot and I feel myself self sabotaging a lot in my relationships. When things are good in my relationship, I find myself wanting to start fights and create chaos because chaos is all I’ve ever known. Therapy has helped me accept the peace a lot more 😊
