    Hi Adam, I'm an old geezer from Scotland living in Mallorca, (cycling guide)The sea is literally at the foot of my garden where we have a swim ladder on the rocks (yes.. heaven) I could hardly swim 3 years ago, and only breast stroke, I found your videos by chance... and I am trying every day to master your technique! It is amazing!! I'm already swimming my version (haha) 4kms per day!! I do try and follow your every move..and I think i'm almost there....U make it look so easy!!love it!!

    Hello, I've watched a lot of your videos and really like the approach you have on swimming.
    I've personally always had a problem with my other shoulder. Every time I swim, after about 100-150m, I start getting intense fatique/burning feeling in that shoulder.
    This results in me not being able to maintain efficient stroke with that hand since I can't keep it higher.
    Do you have any suggestions how I could avoid this. I've tried rotating more and returning my hand as relaxed as possible but the shoulder still feels bad.

      You definitely need to check out my online coaching system the stroke gives you the movement to avoid shoulder irritation that’s why I created it due to my issues. See link: vimeo.com/ondemand/oceanwalkertechnique

    Sometimes your breathing pattern is bilateral every 3 strokes but mostly it's every 2 strokes with right side as favorite. let's assume the conditions are ideal in the open water (no direct sun\waves on one side) or you are in a pool, what determines your breathing pattern, the intensity, favorite side, the pace ?

    • @adamwalker32
      @adamwalker32  10 місяців тому +2

      I prefer every 2 strokes so i breathe regularly like on land. It doesn’t matter if it’s right or left as I’m balanced on both sides. I personally prefer right as I had a boat on my right side normally in my long distance swims

    Hello Adam. I follow you on your tips to freestyle swimming. My question you, is do you exhale out nose or mouth, and which one is better or you prefer? I have always struggled with exhaling out of nose because my stroke is interupted when my nose is filled with water not allowing me to have that continuous exhale and forcing me to lift my head for a breath. When i do bobs prior to swim for continuous exhale, there is no problems.

    • @muckimuck733
      @muckimuck733 9 місяців тому

      I dealing with the same i think you breathing out on both because you breath also but i always have water in my nose don't know how to lol

      Once you bring your face to water exhale from your mouth then your nose slowly,set UP this rythme in your brain so that it becomes automatic with practice

      Some drone parts were slowed down the speed was between 1m 15 secs and 1m 20 per 100m. I got the British speed record when I swam from Spain to Morocco. All the best 🏊‍♂️
