    Muy buena esta técnica realmente funciona. Después de muchos años nadando y me criticaron porque nadaba mal ahora estoy haciendo esta técnica y doy menos brazadas y avanzo más sin cansarme tanto
    . Te felicito adan.

    I'm a beginner swimmer, and find freestyle VERY hard to learn for endurance. Taking elements out of this technique is the only thing that has helped me so far. I'm doing less strokes and way less tired, and can do more laps. It also just feels like you get better glides.

    Hello Adam, deeply :) impressed by your new technic. Indeed, lifting arms when you swim crawl is the real challenge to improve the efficiency of you swimming. And indeed, you create a way not to really lift the arms, just by swinging the body. Much more natural and easier! Great! Indeed, there are always new inventors to improve the things, and you're one of them. Thanks! Jack

    Very glad I came across your Chanel.
    How do you sink your arms with your legs, is it right arm left kick or right arm right kick ?

    Every swim teacher I've spoken with said that freestyle is easier to learn than breaststroke. Yet most people I know swim breaststroke. I tried to teach myself freestyle for years, but only this year at age 72 did I actually hack it. In the South China Sea's 1.5 meter waves no less. I'm not ashamed to say that without having watched at least 50 UA-cam videos by a multitude of instructors I'd never had made it.

    My coach always reminded me not to over rotate when swimming. Im stout but i feel comfortable when i rotate my hips specially when breathing. Doesnt hurt my neck from side breathing

    • @adamwalker32
      @adamwalker32  Рік тому

      When you rotate it’s important to keep your head still then you don’t over rotate. This is why I can get to 90 degrees with balance which is the most efficient you can be as there is less drag. This is the reason swimmers push off on their side after a tumble turn. As you correctly say rotation will take pressure off the neck, shoulders and joints. Is this technique appropriate for an absolute beginner? My biggest problem is I keep swallowing water and cannot breathe properly.

      @@adamwalker32 Thanks for replying. I am 48 years old, total beginner, not athletic, with shoulder and sciatica problems but, most importantly, I will not be able to meet you in person. Could you still coach me effectively? Will it require that I film myself and send you videos of my swimming sessions periodically?

    Too much rotation or my spine curve
    I don't know
    I'm sinking when breathing sides in free style
    Can u tell me why

    • @adamwalker32

      Probably lifting too high with your head. Possibly lead arm too high as well. Hard to say without seeing you. You should checkout my online coaching system to help you with the body position. vimeo.com/ondemand/oceanwalkertechnique
