This could be caused by a number of things - have you been checked by a pelvic floor PT? Your muscles could be weak and the "shaking" could be caused by muscle fatigue. You could be using too much effort You could be tight and not fully releasing in between It is best to get an internal exam by a pelvic floor PT so they can tell you exactly what you need to focus on.
VQ seems effective with my case thanks a lot for explaining so well
I love that cue for targeting the mid-TVAs, glad it was helpful
Make sure you don't have any tight pelvic floor symptoms by watching this video ua-cam.com/video/KPOjjkuolRk/v-deo.html
Can you please suggest any muscle engagement cue for upper ab gap also ..
I can't lift the pelvic floor and engage the core same time
it can take practise just keep working on your 360 breathing and focusing on the coordination of both working together
When I engage my core I feel like my core push my pelvic floor to relax
@@amirimad2369 you definately don't want to feel that - your pelvic floor relaxes on the inhale and contracts on the exhale
When I breathe out and perform a kegel I feel my pelvic floor muscles shaking or pausing .
