I keep wondering, why Emma's grandparents, seem so distant with her. They seem like they never met her . Maybe she hadn't beenaround them,because of a feud. This is a masterpiece alright! With big posh homes, posh people well attired, plenty of food on the table. Christmas decorations overload as usual! Two bit actors! Geeky kid or two, Fake snow! Hat Chaclat where they is never any steam showing from the cup or mug! Being blinded with astonishing gleaming white teeth had by everyone!! ( Surely they must be false??? ) What a load of undiluted shite! All the sickening billing and cooing by the main male and female eyeing and sighing each other not knowing what to say next is just so so corny and fake! is enough to make you want to throw up. The list is almost endless with such unrealism in movie scripts scraped out of an already empty barrel! Watched for more than 30 minutes and that was about all I could take. All the characters, including the lead character, seem to have personality flaws that made me uncomfortable.
I think the movie was poorly made. The acting was poorly done. The script was poorly written for being a holiday movie… the music was haunting, and I really didn’t like any part of the movie to be honest with you. This is the first Christmas movie that I had to turn off. I am 74 years old and I want something uplifting whether it be the colors in the movie, the music or the acting. I hope all your free movies are not like this one.

How silly I couldn't keep watching. Her dog goes missing so she goes into that house like the dog would have let himself in the house without Joe knowing yr dog is here, then suddenly thiers the dog while the whole time Joe doesn't say oh yr dog is here. Not fr me..
The sound is awful! Has any post production been done for this film at all? The story is ok, but the main character is a bratty, and not very likable, she could be better, it's Like a amateur dramatic society has done it?
Mediocre acting made it hard to sit through this movie. At times, there was irritating CHIMES (unnecessary noise). And annoying music that's also unnecessary and too loud throughout most of this. The grandparent characters were jerks (and the actors are amateurs). I skipped ahead several times because the scenes were unimportant, but it didn't help. Independently produced films can be good, unfortunately, this was NOT one of those times.
