Nvidia reflex low latency is not the same as the low latency mode in the nvidia control panel. Reflex is a lot faster. For the best results you want it on in your global nvidia control panel. But for games that have reflex (like xdefiant) you want to turn on reflex in game but turn off low latency mode in the control panel for that specific application.

on+boost gives lower latency and could lower your fps(i think only if you dont have enough gpu usage headroom while gaming), on is safer ig
