There isnt a need to. He goes game by game to optimize your pc for that game. You cant optimize for everything at once. But most of his recommendations will help. 90% of games.
Check if your cables are connected properly onto your pc, and also check if your display port or hdmi cable is plugged into your graphics card and not your motherboard.
I had an issue I think related to FPS, when it was uncapped, it would cause crashes during loading screens for some reason so I had to cap the FPS to not cause those crashes.
Yea, it’s definitely related to the uncapped framerate. That’s why games like fortnite had to put an automatic 120fps at the menu because I remember getting around 1,200 fps at the menu on that game a couple years ago and was close to crashing because of it a few times. This is also why I keep games like COD capped at 60 for the menu. This game I just use Gsync since my monitor is already 180Hz and 1440p so 180Hz is plenty for me, and with the reflex cap it makes it 171 fps stable. Haven’t crashed once. Haven’t even used 99% on my 2080Ti yet, still only sitting around 75-90% usage so im bumping some graphic settings up so I can use the thing to the max.
I've only got a xeon 2680 v4,32gb 2400 ddr4 ram and a rx 6600 xt but I still get a stable and smooth 80 to 90 fps on 1440p max settings pretty surprised as didn't pay that much for my pc

But I have been using on+boost along with the low latency mode and haven’t tried turning the low latency mode off. My frametimes are great though, 5.8ms with really tiny spikes when I die or go into the menu. And that’s the lowest latency you can get at that framerate. So idk if I want to turn it off but ill try it.
What I did to completely remove all stuttering & reduce latency: 1. Disable CPU idle state (Only when gaming) 2. Disable GPU P state 3. Change process scheduling quantum in registry to Hexadecimal 28 4. Disable Fullscreen Optimisations 5. Windowed Fullscreen (Would almost never recommend in other titles but exclusive Fullscreen in this game stutters like crazy, alternatively you can try DX12 as this also isn’t exclusive fullscreen)
Play on 1440p but use 16:10 stretched Is it better to make a 2304x1440p res with a 80% or so resolution scale Or just use 1920x1200 which is automatically available?
using resolution scale is usually preferred because UI and menu elements will be rendered at full resolution and only 3d graphics will be rendered at that reduced quality. The only reason to swap to the lower resolution is if you are really really hurting for fps and it may net you a couple mor frames.

:D changed dx12 to 11 and got 2.5x fps boost running 5800x3d and 2070s

getting shot while behind a wall is a problem the devs are working on, it is nothing to do with your computer ;)
Game servers are bad! Not yet fixed even for console , net code is really bad

Apparently the newest driver has been having many issues and bugs. I reverted back to the previous version and the game runs better lol
Don't change brightness. Anything beyond 10 will raise your blacks making your picture washed out and low contrast.
