I love the detail of the curved drywall corners on the main level. Disappointing kitchen s and Primary suite walk in closet size for a home of this calibre. I am definitely digging the French Bohême country style of the decor and finishes of this home.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts, keep them coming! I didn't mind the kitchen so much. I would personally rip out what's in the primary closet and rebuild it fully-customized using the entire floor to ceiling space.
Good seeing you in the comments again BK! Thanks man, I think this house is a sleeper. It's a bit unassuming from the outside, but it's really nice on the inside. Plus, I'd love to see how the builder would go about finishing the basement. They said they'd do a bar and bathroom at the very minimum in that 1100 sqft~
@TerenceRichardsonTours I liked the garage I also like the master sweet I thought the one bedroom on top was a little small but I liked the carpet in the bedrooms and the things you could do with the basement I really liked the idea of finishing it yourself to what you want you show some beautiful homes my friend
I would make that room in the basement with the exterior door my mom's room and its a large space for a kitchenette since she can't hit the stairs that often... then make the basement fun place to hang out so fam will be down there most of the time leaving main floor mine... she has privacy and access to entry and exit as she go and if I ever have kids they far from me upstairs and mom when she's not wanting to be bothered... NICE
That would definitely create the separation. If stairs ever became an issue, I'm sure an elevator could be installed on the outside of the house somewhere to service all three floors
Hey Terence! I'm here. I like this aesthetic. I like the wood throughout. I would have to do something to protect the wood trim on the hood. Grease from cooking will make it look horrible fast. It just needs a good quality clearcoat to keep it looking great as it ages. Of course, you know how I feel about carpet (even worse is very light carpet) with kids. I'd have that removed for sure in the kid's rooms and the rec room too. I couldn't get a feel for how much is 1100 sq. feet in the basement. About how much would that be if you could name off the spaces down there. For example, the big space plus kitchen and the potential bedroom, closet and bath? I could get a feel for it. I would negotiate a discount on the difference since they're already there. I bet you the builder is counting on someone like me doing just that. Definite add stairs to the ground from the bottom deck at least in the negotiations. Overall, a nice home for the right buyer. I hope they'll enjoy it as much as we do as we've toured it with you. Great job as always. Catch up with you next time. Oh, I love the music playlist. Found the same titles to add to my own in AMZ Music.
Hi NV! In the basement, it's probably that big common area, a bathroom and the bedroom in the back. I added up the estimates for the main level and it's approximately 1100. Here's a link to an image I doctored up. Imagine that's the basement: ibb.co/Zxq75fk -- glad you liked the music and found it on your music service, that's awesome! See you on the next one!
@@TerenceRichardsonTours Thanks! that's basically almost the entire basement. Let the negotiations begin. I hope a great family has years of love living there.
Like they placed in the correct floor joist on each floor... I beams joists are not my favorite... this one should sell well close to its price... NICE
nice house Bud! am keenly interested in the u.s and sussing out states with tx, atl and arizona being top but then i think of the heat ha ha!!! quite poss n.c, nashville & va in the cards too, but atl has always been at the forefront for some reason... i think theres a nice vibe goin on there & alot of content creators reside there as they say it has a flourishing culture there for creators of all sorts. am a new sub, from new zealand woop woop! lol
Welcome and thanks for subscribing, I appreciate it~ I'd love to visit NZ one day. All of the places you mentioned, with the exception of VA, have super popular places to live. I have never actually heard anybody say they ever wanted to move to Virginia though, that's a new one lol... It's for lovers though, so what do I know!
A good home anyways ( not too nice tbh)! Thanks Terence for the home tour! I watch your every 🎥videos & they're super nice 👍🏿, but in this particular case I've to be Honest. 3:12 I love that whole community being built on a hilly slope land ❤! Also love the 🏰castle shaped roofing 😊! Now to the point, 3:29 I honestly wouldn't expect such a average height ceiling of a living room for almost $2M+ house( if I were to buy that)👎🏿☹️! Btw can you tell me what's the height of that ceiling (with reference to your height)?? (Just want to know)! 18:41 Nah, still unfinished despite being large spaced! Please make me clear that, is that completely finished basement (expected to be finished) is including in pricing or have to be payed extra for the finishing??🤷🏻♂️ Also I still didn't get it that why there are a less 🛀bathroom as compared to number of bedroom nowadays 😄? Is that due to high rise in pricing in recent days due to high (Fed) interest rates? Lastly I want to ask what's the total lot size & how far is it from any major downtown?? I like all your videos! I'm hoping for your next & better video( please don't mind. That's my honest POV) ❤👍🏿☺!
@@TerenceRichardsonTours Thanks a lot for understanding 🙏🏼😊 Terence! Yes I love all your homes, their tour & videos. But this one is (not exactly), but almost like a black sheep! Hope you would understand & won't mind my POV 😄!
😵The side of the home in the front looks so dangerous for children and the elderly (🥺Like someone could trip/fall and roll down that hill)... Insidethe home the layout is nice; I like both decks... I would definitely want the entire basement finished for that $1.6 million price (not just 1100 sq feet)... Especially since the upstairs area is small with 3 of the bedrooms sharing 1 bathroom... 😂🤣😅I was actually eyeing that big brown house across the street in the Cul-de-sac... That one looks amazing from the outside...
I’d set up a breakfast nook with a banquette in that side kitchen adjacent area. That being said, the back yard on the house really lost me. I have a special needs child and it just doesn’t feel safe.
@@evansanchez5063 So about $1.15M, well they just had a $96K price drop on 9/19, down to $1.49M. It's their first price drop. The longer it sits, the more likely it will trend to that $300 number.

Is way more spacious than it looks like. This house is quite pretty.
Absolutely, it's definitely looks smaller than it is! What did you like best about it?
Nice plan

A stage 🏠🏡 is a better presentation, love this 🏡. The closests needed to be bigger and I meant bigger.

Hi Terence! What was the name of the channel with the market housing reports where you go over the monthly market data?

I think so too, the big thing is going to be finding someone that doesn't care about the road behind the property.

Outdoor space is not 1.6 million worth imo
What would you like to see at that price outside?

1100 sqft finishes all but that mechanical room I believe

I can appreciate that given how sloped the land is
Any house over 800k should have the basement finished.
They will finish most of the basement in the price. By not pre-finishing it, the buyer gets exactly what they want.
This is an upscale neighborhood; the house you are viewing is cheap.😊😊😊
Did you like anything about it though?
@@TerenceRichardsonTours the exterior and curb appeal caught my eyes.
Gotcha, thanks for sharing! I appreciate you taking the time to do it.
Honestly, nice house but somewhat overpriced!
What do you think a better price would be?
@@TerenceRichardsonTours $300 sq. ft.

Overpriced. Kitchen is terrible for this price point. No frills back yard. Master small . Closet too small for two.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts!
The home is not worth $1.6 million. It does not have 5 bathrooms, and the square footage should be at least 5,000 square feet.
What do you think is a better price?
