I don’t drive irl, I do understand that the clutch is used to change gear (foot off throttle, hit clutch, change gear, release clutch, I believe that’s correct?), but I don’t understand the advantage of using the clutch to free rev during a drift, other than that increasing RPM without actually doing anything, I don’t get it
so when you drop the clutch the tires will start spinning right away and not bog the engine down trying to make them spin... is basically a clutch kick mid drift... plus in a big turbo car that helps you so you dont fall out of boost... big turbo cars have a shit ton of power in high revs but in low revs they actually worse than a normal aspirated car... in fact some new ECU's can be tunned to keep accelerating for you while you press the clutch to change gear so the engine revs never come down and fall out of boost...

Your game volume is too high, please lower volume and raise you voice volume. I really like your vid. I'm a noob to FH5 and Forza. I would like to know if you are using a keyboard. I am using PC and keyboard. So it would help to know. I am going to subscribe to your channel. 2nd question; I noticed you said with a clutch, do you have a vid on how to use these basic methods and what keyboard keys you are using? If not, you should. I like your style though.
That thumbnail 😍
Wow a drift tutorial came out fast, can’t say I’m angry quite happy actually but I’m not going to afford this game for 4 months soooooo oh well this is great entertainment.
Games pass is the don
I had a deal for 1 month of gamepass for 1$ and 2 months extra. So 1$ for 3 months of forza!
Do use manual with shift it will change your life, take a few hours to get used too.
Manual with clutch?
Ye that mb
Yay another vid
YUUUUUP!
Never forget tomcat did tune vids but used other people’s tunes
Baby says what
His tunes are kinda wack 🤣
What? Care to elaborate on that?
@@TC9700Gaming I recall some time during 4 peeps noted you did “best tune” vids using other people’s tunes. That’s neither here nor their now.
Brain: Got it
Hands: WTF!?
how do you handbrake on controller? Is it just LT?
A
@@itzthegoat3742 thx
I cant use manual controls what i can make? Beacause i cant save my new controls
Have never gotten the hang of drifting on any horizon game, my car just always spins out. Lol.
What’s the button for the handbrake in fh5?
can u get assetto corsa content manger and try the game
No matter how slow i go my car flys off the road ill go like 15 mph and itll still fly off but when i press the break it just doesnt drift it turns into a regular turn what do i do is it the tuning i dont see how tho its stock so i think this game just hates me i cant even go straight without doing a 180
could you make a drift build for the mazda RX-7 please.
I’m starting with my first drift car as a Mitsubishi eclipse
What’s your settings for clutch
How do you handbrake with a g29 and shifter? I dont have a handbrake. Am i supposed to be pressing a button somewhere to handbrake?
Either circle/B on the wheel
Is it possible on keyboard? Cause I always seem to lose momentum or power. Also, do you need to apply full throttle the whole time?
What the supra tuning code?
Great video. Would love to get a hold of your drift tune for the Supra MK4
Must be nice to have freakin reverse lol idk how but my reverse disappeared one day last WK and now on button mapping I can't find it to assign it. Lol I know it's probably something easy but I have no clue.
TC love the vids man keep up the good work
Thanks so much bro!!
Awesome I'll definitely show this sometimes in my fh5 vids and I'll credit you for it
I haven’t see snow runner is sooooooooo long on this channel
It's only been a couple of days ;) Plus, SR mods have been a little light lately but we're jumping back into it HARD this week so stay tuned!
That definitely going to help me in the future, how bad is the lag on fh5?
Lag? I haven't really experienced any at all tbh :)
On last gen it frame drops in some areas but it’s fine
So wild. I try the same things you’re describing and the outcome is completely different…
Thanks man
what happened to japaneses cars that they can´t handle a long drift like in fh4 ?
Back to the best content after giving up on snowrunner
So when I'm drifting I'm finding it hard to turn into the turn as I'm drifting. The rear end is sliding and I turn into the turn to get my car onto more of an angle just using my throttle cus I'm already on the outside of the turn and using the handbrake would put me off the road. I turn in and it doesn't feel like it's turning. On steering wheel I don't have this problem it's only on controller. Does anyone know a fix?
Thanks this was really helpful! I am not that good at drifting but this helped!
I'm so glad to hear it helped!!
I just noticed it says Damage/Tire Wear… but, I’ve never had the tires wear out on me?!?! Didn’t even know that was possible…
I am not the best drifter in forza, but this is gonna come in handy really well, great video tc
Do you think manual or automatic would be better to drift in?
manual, you will be able to control how much power you use and which gear you enter corners and turns
Anyone have a spreadsheet or list of the controls for pc?
Very nice video. How to disappear other cars in the forza5? I mean i often disturbed by other cars in this came. Thank you very much☺️
POV: You don’t have a job and only currently have 330 dollars in the bank since you just bought new shirts and sweatshirts for winter and you also pay monthly for a gym membership, but you really want Forza 5. You also want 2 pairs of new gym shorts from RawGear and they are like $35 each. You also pay for your own gas. So you just can’t but Forza 5.😭 My life
Hope your able to get the game eventually lol
Yeah, I give up on trying to drift in this game. Losing my mind isn't worth it.
hi can i have the tune code for your supra
Where would you recommend in forza 4 to practice drifting
I’m so upset I used to be so good at drifting in forza horizon 4 now I suck ahaha or maybe I’m just out of practice.
Practice my dude! :)
So the long drift zone in the mountain where you need 500,000 I got 623,000 first try with the dually drift set up, wish it had the drift suspension for the better steering angle
Are you gonna go back to snow runner please because I want you to review some new mods please also is the C2100 going on consoles next week on Friday? Because someone in the group said that when I asked
they don’t know when it comes probably not Friday either don’t believe everything you hear
It'll be coming to the game VERY soon! And I actually have multiple SnowRunner videos dropping right around the corner ;)
