If the entire future happens because of a chip that came from the future then that chip has no actual origin. That's impossible and a stupid oversight that any intelligent person should be bothered with. And destroying the last chip at the end has no bearing on anything because if they change the future then those Terminators that were sent back would have never have been sent back and none of these things would have been happening, but they did and it's done so the future still happens. Terrible writing. Terminator 3 fixed all of these problems and essentially made it so that Terminator 2 never even had to exist at all. And that was what some people complained about Terminator 3 but that was the best thing about it. Better movie action wise too. Just not as well cast...but I actually like Nick Stahl and I was not impressed with the terminatrix chick kristiana Loken or whatever her name was...

Terminator 3, compared to what came after, is really not that bad. It has some highlights that are franchise musts, like the truck chase. Bringing back Sarah's doctor. The story makes (some) kind of sense. It wraps nicely with John & Kate holed up surviving.
If only Kristanna Loken had the same dedication to her performance. Admittedly, it was nearly impossible to follow Robert Patrick’s T-1000, but watching her blink every time she pulled the trigger on a gun after seeing how Robert Patrick trained himself not to was awful.

Arnold is my favorite actor and from all I know about him, when he sees a problem he commits to fixing it by 110%. After all these years he still has that body builder mind set. He also does a lot of motivational stuff too. From what I heard he’s a really humble and kind guy.

Bulking: Two months of working out lifting lighter weights for an hour every 8 hours in between eating calorically dense, fatty foods. 2. Sculpting: Two months of working out for an hour every 8 hours with heavy weights (to mildly tear muscle tissues) in between eating less fatty but protein-rich foods (to fuel muscle growth). 3. Last Step- Shredding: Two months of working out for an hour every 8 hours, upping the cardio but keeping the weight lifting in the sweet spot (neither too light or heavy) whilst eating only eating lean meats and steamed vegetables. Furthermore, proportionally reducing one's water consumption every day so that one's muscle definition stands out on flex day.

He admittedly lost a ton of weight after he retired from Bodybuilding so he was likely about 215-220 by the time he filmed the second Terminator film this is of course opposed to his 250 weight in 1980’s. Letting himself go a bit he probably dropped to 210-213 so over six months with the usage of anabolics and his solid foundation he gained about 2-10 lbs of muscle mass at 54 which is really solid. Please keep in mind this is just information I have learned over the years, this is not based on any evidence or any reliable sources other Arnold’s word.

Fun fact! Your body’s “muscle memory” means if you get jacked and huge, then stop exercising, getting back to your peak will be MUCH faster than initially. Fun fact! Your body’s “muscle memory” means if you get jacked and huge, then stop exercising, getting back to your peak will be MUCH faster than initially. Literally just watched a video on this from Renaissance Periodization.
