Hey! Thanks for your comment. Being a VX Model, this particular model did not have KDSS Suspension, making the GVM Upgrade possible. As the lift is less than 50mm, no other special modifications were required other than Springs & Shock absorbers (and GVM Compliancing).
I’m interested to know what is the overall kerb weight of the vehicle now that it has been accessorised. I’ve the same model and added dual battery, transmission cooler, colour coded bar, Lightforce lights, bigger AT’s fridge slide and fridge, single drawer system. Towbar, and I have around 90 kg remaining with 2 people in the vehicle.
@@accelerateoffgridtouringthat size tyre is 40mm larger in diameter than the standard 265/65r17! Was there any chopping required!? If not, must rub like buggery…
Thanks for your comment! This was a start-to-finish full build. They usually start from around 30k and the maximum is honestly unlimited, it is very vehicle specific and what you want it to do. This one was upwards of 50k. Thank you, The Team at Accelerate Off-Grid Touring

Thanks for your comment! The INVICTA Lithium Battery is suitable for Under bonnet applications & comes with a 3 year warranty in this application on certain models!
I’m curious. The aux battery, is that the invicta hybrid starter? What battery does this car use to crank the motor? Curious why you don’t use the hybrid in place of the starter?
Thanks for your comment! The Auxiliary battery in this vehicle is a dedicated 100ah Invicta Lithium Battery, It is not the Hybrid battery. The customer opted for this due to wanting a larger capacity (100ah) in his Auxiliary battery system.
@@nasreenjmalaysiainaustralia Thanks for your comment! Roughly to supply and fit the bullbar, Side steps & roofracks is around the 10k mark! Unfortunately we do not have any outlets or suppliers elsewhere! (at the moment anyway)
Have a merry Christmas and happy new year, great videos. 🎅 🎅
Thank you Keith, Merry Christmas to you too!

Can you please tell me what is the offset of the Rims and what size is the tire? Is it 265/65 or 265/70?
Thanks for the comment!
The Tyres are a 275/70r17.
The offset was +25 or +30 as the customer arranged the Rims for us to get fitted 🙂
How much did it cost?

The MSA fridge slide is just way too wide. Simple straight slide is the go

Everyone has their own preference of set up & we value your input!
What size Rims and Tyres are they?
From memory, pretty sure they were 18" Rims & 275/70R17 Tyres

If you have a look at the legality (VSB14) regulations regarding tyres for 150 Prado, 275/70R17 are the maximum.
Nice build, pity about the sound. Mics on both presenters would’ve been sweet!
Thanks for the comment. sorry about the sound.
