Mine own hair growth success, I myself stuck to this routine: Take early morning sunlight daily for essential vitamin D. Eat vegetables of all colors. Applying paraben-free and fragrance free shampoo and massaging two times per week with hair oil by litttleextra cocooonion oil. Important to remember that hair growth is affected by overall well-being as well as circulation and nutrition.

But mine started out much longer than yours to begin with. I wished I had photographed along the way but I didn't plan on letting it grow this long. I haven't had hair this long since I was in my 20's. I'm now 70. COVID shut down so many places last year to get haircuts. But since I'm one of the lucky ones who still has a full head of hair, I thought what the heck! I'll just let it grow! I panicked at the end of your video when I thought you were going to cut it. Please keep posting updates.
