Hahaha, I really like the fact that you take the keto diet with humor. The Keto religion is based on 5 pillars: avocado, almond flower, cauliflower, eggs and lots of fats.
I took your suggestion and got the Pav Bhaji seasoning from Amazon. Amazing! Now I did this a bit different than you, I actually threw everything (actually, the tomatoes were a can of Rotel with green chilis) into a low slow cooker with some of the yummy seasoning and a shit ton of butter. Let that cook for 6 hours. Then I cranked up the skillet, fried more onion, and garlic with some more of the yummy seasoning. Smashed the slow cooker veg and stirred in the sauteed onion. This actually broke my mouth. Thank you for your help in expanding my culinary horizons! Keep it coming, I will be here!
For those wondering Pau bhaji masala, you will find in most Indian store in USA. I find ‘Everest’ brand masala gives better taste over any other brand.

I'm riffing on this today! I instant poted cauliflower and cabbage, then sauteed green pepper, green onion, onion, serrano chili with the seeds, pav bhaji masala and BUTTER!!!!! Gave it all a good mix and back into the instant pot for the ultimate in pressure goodness. I will IG you a photo, I cheated some out before I set the lid and it was like MOUTH MURDER! I love you, Sahil! There is always so much to gain from your knowledge.

Made this for dinner, tonight. Outstanding! The only improvisation was adding a bit of spinach I had to do something with when I added the onions. I made your flat bread and green chutney, too. The perfect dinner. .....and, because I’m eating OMAD and just got all my carbs in that one meal, I have enough wiggle room to drink a lite beer.

Pav Bhaji is one of my favorites to make. This looks really good though it's different in several ways from how I make it (not that that's bad or anything). Anyway, MTR brand makes a really good Pav Bhaji ready made spice mix. No sugar or carbs on label...not sure if there's any hidden ingredients though. Thanks for the video...great inspiration.

I just started keto 2 weeks ago and since 3 days I've been really calculating all the macros precisely. However I'm confused now about what the "real" nutritional values of some products are. Because already at breakfast I need to make concessions on whether or not I add in 25g of red onion into my omelette in order to retain some flexibility with what I can do with my dinner. Because that's already 2.5 net carbs according to my nutritional values. I have the feeling the nutritional values vary much with different sites and different brands per ingredient. I try to stick to the values which are on the label and not pick them from the internet. So which ones do you use? And how do you calculate them? Do you round (in weighing and the macros)? How do you know you have the right ones? Because I'm looking at that 50g red onions on the side and that calculates to 5 net carbs in my excel sheet. But maybe my values are wrong?! Nevertheless, I want to say respect for making these videos. I'm using a lot of your recipes and never made such tasty food in my life. Thank you.
Glad to hear that,. Yes sometimes it's a big issue with the entries but honestly if you remain in the ball park of your macros and are going up by 10grams or less it won't be any big issue. So just make sure it's in the ball park and you'll be fine.
We can pressure cook all veggies and mash them. It’s lot easier. It’s mouth watering though. I am on my 3 rd day of my 5 day egg fast Will definitely make when I am done with egg fast. Taranum Jahan So I used a pressure cooker to do the veggies too! Took under 5 minutes and everything turned out delicious! I also cut a lot of the fat and used under 10 grams of butter! It was amazing!

I would have liked to do the keto diet. But I have hypothyroid problem, and cruciferous veggies are not advised to the level keto dieters use. What I now do if I have to use potato is to cook it, refrigerate it for resistant starch and then use it.

I made my own pav bhaji masala powder for this and it was worth it! I will make this again and again! I love your addition of kasoori methi! I used beet powder or the red color. Can you do some more recipes with methi (fenugreek)
I hv started using sprouted moong beans as it carbs content is very low ? Am i right just confirming from you also , normally moong beans hv high carbs but after sprouting its level goes down to almost negligilble level ,i hv tried many recipes with them ? Share ur views also thanks😊

I also like that you don't use six million ingredients yet the dishes still come out tasty. If you're afraid of the carb ratio. Drink butter tea with it. Have a little nut butter on some veggies on the side.

Sure thing. Butter chicken and butter paneer both use Kasuri methi, as do the paneer pakoda recipes.

Hey Sahil, this is the best pav bhaji I have ever made!! I’m saying the “best”, not the best “keto”. I found these low carb hamburger buns with only 1 carb per bun, and made masala pav with this bhaji and it tasted heavenly!! No kidding!!

Where do you get the metal meal trays?
It's a common thing in India so I get it at any store here almost. I think in America you can find it on Amazon perhaps or maybe an Indian specialty store.
What size is your compartment tray? I want a few & for them to be just like yours!!! I have a Bombay Bazaar here & they may have them. Thanks!
