What beach are you at when you are looking at these beautiful tide pools?
When I was in the US Navy stationed in the San Diego area, we lived in the Clairemont area of San Diego which is vary close to La Jolla. We would take our Daughter to the pools, Sea World, Scripps, and most of the other venues in the area. Our Daughter could spend hours at the pools and Scripps looking at the wildlife. We found the best time to go was a few days after a storm because the storm washed more diverse wildlife into the pools.

Giant Green Anemone and Black Sea Hares - the largest of the sea slug species. Great tide pool finds! Beautiful creatures. Good to see you out and about in the sunshine. California’s gold!

@@gsadventures4200 Right! But the sea hare was a California Brown Sea Hare.
What was the huge fins that came up, I’ve snorkeled here a lot, and have a trip scheduled the end of June. Whatever it was, you pointed it out with a yellow arrow.
