First off welcome Robbie to the lure making Industry I hope everybody understands that there’s tons of baits on the market but what Lee and Robbie make are one of a kind baits that have a lifetime warranty💯 it’s very hard to find quality craftsmanship that hold up to multiple multiple catches of an angry musky or northern pike. My question is to Lee how do you get the names for your baits they are very unique maybe you can put this in one of your next episodes as Were on the couch staring at the ceiling waiting for the water to warm up a little bit. Todays Angler hey pal I live off John Olin. And love to fish between The last two bridges up to Monona Terrace I have seen huge fish follow my baits but not successful strikes. On the top water side which one of your baits do you recommend that I can buy I’m totally relying on your experience of your TOP H2O Success. The size of the bed doesn’t worry me at all I know how big the fish are that are chasing it. Thanks curt.

I crimp all my barbs, I was night fishing a local Minneapolis lake last November, a musky bit me off as I tried to pull him out of the water, he had a Super Shad Rap in his mouth. I assume they can rid themselves of these lures, especially with no barbs, what is your opinion? A lure that big would obviously interfere with future feeding attempts...
Lee, you should put a killer tail on your boilermakers and call it the boilermaker tail.

I’ve always wondered why your lures are so expensive?
Overall much more labor time from the wood shaping, painting, finishing, hand made parts, assembly, and the amount of testing done to make them as perfect as possible. Each lure I produce sells exactly how I use them myself.

You guys should make buzzbaits.
I sooooooooooooo wish the MuskyShop.com showed what baits and colors they had in stock because I'd order there alot more...can't tell you how many times I'd make a order and get a call saying they didn't have the color in stock and you randomly have to pick a color on the phone...I don't understand why they don't...every other online musky shop shows what they have in stock...it keeps me from making orders at the MuskyShop and going elsewhere
Just a fyi they are working on it. The switch to that type of system is very lengthy, costly, and they have nearly 30,000 items. Also it needs to jive with in store sales which is another hurdle.

Most of them are $60. These are custom made lures not spit out of a mold. You get paid for your hours worked I assume, I need to also.

Love my time on the water in Virginia ,stripers and muskie, like many of your videos.BUT I find your prices radically over the line. As a retired business owner with connections in product replication, I will be looking into (seriously) to having most of your lures produced in China and I will sell them at their true market value, under 20.00$$$ each.
You realize they're hand carved right? Good luck replicating that... You say you fish stripers? You see what some of those plugs go for... Come on if you know fishing you know plugs are big money an woods even bigger... Good luck tho...
