Great video Noah! Hope to see you out on the water again. I had alot of luck on single bladed bucktails, warlock glide bait and a shallow invader on the madison chain last year. Still have to get a musky on top water!
I picked up a Lee Lures Heart Attack and am really looking forward to throwing it this year. Also trying his glides for the first time. Lee makes some seriously good stuff. Thanks for the tips!

Had good luck with the Husky Medusa this past season, Flaptail 9, Musky Frenzy 10/9 stagger, Esox Assault single 9 and the classic weighted Suick.
Thanks for the info, I have to pick up some of the staggered bucktails lots of fish being caught on them good luck in the 2023 season !!!
Did you add a split ring to.the heart attack for easier hook up?
What’s your opinion on “t”ing the hooks? Do you think it affect hooking percentage? Is the paint job worth saving? Or like you mentioned with the death pause, it gets better the more you fish it.
That's a great question! I personally haven't noticed any lower hooking percentage on baits that I have "T'd" hooks. Really it's just to attempt to protect the finish on the baits, but regardless the hooks will eventually wear through anyways. Is it worth it? If it makes you feel better about running an expensive bait, by all means! I have the hooks T'd on my pelagics and headlocks.
Expand your toolbox. There are so many more micro building creating these lures. You will get variations before the mainstream guys release thier versions.
