Tiramisu will always remind me of Michael Scott! If I ever cough while I'm on the phone with my husband, he stops and asks, "Is this why you're calling me?" Cracks me up.
Whenever we have leftover ham (and sometimes we buy a ham JUST for this), we like to use an old German recipe to pickle it. Essentially just add some coarse chopped sweet onion into a bowl of chopped up ham and a little salt and pepper and then cover with vinegar. Let sit for a few hours in the fridge and you're done. Try it out with a small bowl and see if you like it!

If your looking for another recipe to Use the ham up out family ALWAYS chunks up the ham and we make a Mac and Cheese with ham chunk casserole that I put in the over with panko seasoned bread crumbs... AMAZING
