To make the brisket juicy you need to leave some fat on it. Have it on the top side so it slowly drips through the meat as it cooks. On a brisket fat is good. Yummy. I’m glad y’all had a great Thanksgiving. 😊

Picc lines are not fun lol but yes I found this family along with a few others while I was in the hospital and it just brightend my entire day. I didbt turn the tv on in the room at all during the 3 weeks I was in... I just fell in love with George and james and how positive the family is and how it's not drama it's real life. Baking bacon is the way to go when you have a large group of people to feed! I come from a large family, and it would take entirely too long to pan fry enough bacon for the whole family. :) So happy for your family to be able to work from home and all the blessings that have come your way! 💕

I have always removed the paper wrapping. paper wrapping tends to let the juices escape and essentially dries out the meat.

I tried finding something like it online but I can't and it sounded SUPER good! Any idea on what the recipe was?
